A detection device for a foundation hole of a civil engineering pile is characterized by comprising a detection base, a lifting system for lifting the detection base and an orifice support frame for supporting the lifting system, wherein the detection base is of a vertically arranged cylindrical structure, a convex ring is arranged at the lower end of the detection base, a rotating ring is coaxially arranged on the outer side of the convex ring in a rotating mode, a detector is arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer side of the rotating ring, a rotating driving device for driving the rotating ring to rotate is simultaneously arranged on the outer side of the detection base, a plurality of groups of radial support devices are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the detection base at intervals along the circumferential direction of the detection base, the outer ends of the radial support devices are connected with support plates, the radial support devices are matched with the detection base to support the detection base, a laser emitter is arranged at the center of the upper end of the detection base, a receiver corresponding to the laser emitter is arranged at the center of the orifice support frame and used for receiving signals sent by the laser emitter and transmitting the signals to a controller, and the controller controls the extending lengths of the radial support devices of the groups of the radial support devices so as to regulate the centering position of the detection base.
