The integrated rotating shaft inspection and measurement device according to claim 1, further comprising a limit nut (12) and a stop washer (13), wherein a limit groove is formed in the surface of the tone wheel (1), the limit nut (12) is in threaded connection with the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft (4), the limit nut (12) is accommodated in the limit groove, and the stop washer (13) is clamped between the limit groove and the limit nut (12).
