Abstract

According to the invention, the supporting piece is contacted with four points beside the position to be measured of the substrate, so that the spindle is perpendicular to the tangential plane of the position to be measured of the substrate according to the vertical diameter theorem, and therefore, the probability of generating lateral component force is reduced in the process of detecting the adhesive force, and the accuracy of the adhesive force measuring value is improved.

- 1.
