The electric field flat plate sensor is used for collecting a first electric field intensity detection signal of the ultra-high voltage alternating current transmission line to be detected, the sampling analysis circuit is used for carrying out signal filtering processing and signal amplification processing on the first electric field intensity detection signal to determine a second electric field intensity detection signal, and the data communication module sends the second electric field intensity detection signal to the ground control module.
