Claims (10)
- 1. The ship generator load test system is characterized by comprising an intelligent load module, a data acquisition and monitoring module, a control and analysis module and a safety protection module, wherein the intelligent load module comprises a plurality of independently controllable electronic load units and is used for simulating at least one of resistive load, inductive load and capacitive load, the data acquisition and monitoring module is connected with the output end of a ship generator and is used for acquiring operation parameters of the ship generator in real time, the control and analysis module is respectively in communication connection with the intelligent load module and the data acquisition and monitoring module and is used for sending control instructions to the intelligent load module to simulate preset load working conditions and receiving and analyzing the operation parameters to evaluate the performance of the generator, and the safety protection module and the data acquisition and monitoring module are connected with an output loop of the ship generator and are used for performing at least one of overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat protection according to the operation parameters.

The ship generator load test system of claim 1, wherein the electronic load unit comprises a power switch device, a control circuit and a heat dissipation device, the control circuit adjusts the power switch device according to instructions of the control and analysis module to change the size and characteristics of the load, and the heat dissipation device is used for dissipating heat of the electronic load unit in the working process.

The marine vessel generator load test system of claim 1, wherein the data acquisition and monitoring module comprises at least one of a voltage sensor for acquiring voltage, a current sensor for acquiring current, a frequency sensor for acquiring frequency, and a temperature sensor for acquiring temperature, and further comprises a data acquisition card for transmitting and storing acquired data.

The ship generator load test system of claim 1, wherein the control and analysis module comprises a processor, and wherein the processor is provided with control software and analysis software, the control software is used for executing a preset test flow, and the analysis software is used for processing the operation parameters, drawing an output characteristic curve and calculating a performance index.

A load test system for a marine generator according to claim 3, wherein the safety protection module comprises a protection circuit connected to the voltage sensor, the current sensor and the temperature sensor, and wherein the protection circuit cuts off the electrical connection between the marine generator and the intelligent load module when the detected value exceeds a set threshold.
