The intelligent material rack control system with high compatibility and easy maintenance is characterized by comprising a central control board and at least one signal acquisition board which is in communication connection with the central control board through a CAN bus, wherein the central control board comprises a power management module, a dual-mode network communication module, an integrated wired network interface and a wireless WIFI module, a peripheral control module and an AD (analog-to-digital) conversion module, wherein the power management module is used for carrying out multistage conversion and voltage stabilization on an external input power supply to supply power for the system, the dual-mode network communication module is integrated with a wired network interface and the wireless WIFI module and is used for carrying out data interaction with an upper server, the peripheral control module is used for controlling an alarm lamp, an audio output device, a multi-channel LED (light emitting diode) indicator lamp and a goods picking label, the signal acquisition board comprises a storage sensing module, a photoelectric transistor detector which is integrated with an infrared light source and is used for detecting the material state of a corresponding storage position, the address registration module is used for sending an address registration request to the central control board after the signal acquisition board is electrically connected to the CAN bus, the automatic acquisition and storage of a unique logic address of the central control board is completed in response to a trigger signal issued by the central control board, the automatic acquisition and storage module is used for controlling the corresponding storage control board to the instruction of the storage board, the storage sensing state and the flash state of the storage module is used for controlling the corresponding storage position indicator lamp.
