- 1. An adjustable die structure for winding a transformer coil comprises a mandrel (1), a sliding sleeve mechanism (2), basic supporting strips (5), a driving mechanism (8) and supporting rods (9), wherein a plurality of sets of sliding sleeve mechanisms (2) are uniformly arranged on the mandrel (1) along the axial direction, the driving mechanism (8) is in driving connection with the plurality of sets of sliding sleeve mechanisms (2), each set of sliding sleeve mechanism (2) is connected with the same basic supporting strip (5) through the supporting rods (9), the sliding sleeve mechanisms (2), the supporting strips (9) and the basic supporting strips (5) form a supporting strip which is arranged along the radial direction of the mandrel (1), the supporting strips are uniformly distributed on the mandrel, the whole structure is a cylindrical structure, and is called an adjustable die (11), and is characterized in that grooves (14) which are longitudinally arranged are formed in the tops of the basic supporting strips (5) on the outermost side of the cylindrical structure, the grooves (14) clamp coil supporting strips (12), the diameter range of the basic supporting strips (5) of the adjustable die (11) meets the inner diameter requirement of the wound transformer coil, the number of the supporting strips is equal to the number of the coil supporting strips (12) of the transformer coil, each supporting strip is clamped on the supporting strip of the supporting strip, and the coil supporting strip is directly wound on the supporting strip (5), and the coil supporting strip is directly wound on the supporting strip.
- 2. An adjustable die structure for winding a transformer coil as set forth in claim 1 wherein said recess (14) has a width matching a width of a bottom of the coil stay (12).

An adjustable die structure for winding a transformer coil comprises a mandrel (1), a sliding sleeve mechanism (2), basic stays (5), a driving mechanism (8) and supporting rods (9), wherein a plurality of sets of sliding sleeve mechanisms (2) are uniformly arranged on the mandrel (1) along the axial direction, the driving mechanism (8) is in driving connection with the plurality of sets of sliding sleeve mechanisms (2), each set of sliding sleeve mechanism (2) is connected with the same basic stay (5) through the supporting rods (9), the sliding sleeve mechanism (2), the supporting rods (9) and the basic stays (5) together form a supporting band which is arranged along the radial direction of the mandrel (1), the plurality of supporting bands are uniformly distributed on the mandrel, the whole body of the supporting band forms a cylindrical structure, namely an adjustable die (11), and the adjustable die is characterized in that grooves (14) are formed in the top of the basic stay (5) which are longitudinally arranged on the outermost side of the cylindrical structure, the diameter range of the basic stay (5) meets the inner diameter requirement of the wound transformer coil, the number of the supporting bands is unequal to the number of the coil stays (12), the basic stay (5) on each supporting band cannot be in one-to-one correspondence with the coil stays (12), the supporting band is arranged on the basis stays (5), the supporting band is in one-to-one correspondence with the coil stays (12), the radial direction, the coil stays (13) are wound on the outer side of the coil (13) or a cardboard is wound, and the cardboard is wound on the coil (13), and the paper sheet is wound on the outer side, and the coil is fixed.
