Abstract

The capacitor comprises a shell, a sealing piece and at least one capacitor component, the capacitor component is arranged in the installation cavity through an opening of the shell, and two sides of an insulating plate of the capacitor component are respectively provided with a limiting groove, so that the capacitor component is limited in the shell along the front-back left-right direction, and meanwhile, the capacitor component can be limited to be separated from the installation cavity upwards by being clamped in the clamping grooves. After the capacitor assembly is fixed in the shell, sealing materials such as epoxy resin and the like can be filled in the shell until the sealing materials are solidified to form a sealing element, so that the resistance of the capacitor to external impact and vibration is improved, the waterproof and dustproof performances of the capacitor are improved, the heat conduction and heat transfer capacity is improved, and different terminals are mutually insulated. Because the capacitor is limited by the limiting structure of the capacitor, the use of the jig can be canceled, the production cost is reduced, the production period is shortened, and the jig does not occupy the factory space.

- 1. A capacitor, comprising: The shell is provided with an opening and at least one mounting cavity, two opposite wall surfaces of the mounting cavity are respectively provided with a limit groove, the limit grooves extend along the up-down direction and penetrate through the upper end opening of the mounting cavity, and the inner wall of the mounting cavity is also provided with one of a buckle or a clamping groove; the capacitor assembly comprises a capacitor core, an insulating plate and two terminals, wherein the two terminals are arranged at intervals and are respectively connected with the insulating plate, the lower ends of the terminals are connected with the capacitor core, at least one of the two terminals is provided with the buckle or the other one of the clamping grooves, the capacitor assembly is arranged in the mounting cavity, two sides of the insulating plate are respectively arranged in the limiting groove and are abutted with the bottom wall of the limiting groove, the limiting groove is used for limiting the position and downward displacement of the insulating plate along the front, back, left and right directions, and the buckle is clamped with the clamping groove so as to limit the capacitor assembly to be separated from the mounting cavity upwards; and the sealing piece is connected with the shell and seals the opening, and the terminal penetrates through the sealing piece.

The capacitor of claim 1, wherein a plurality of partitions are arranged in the shell at intervals along a first direction, the partitions divide an inner cavity of the shell into a plurality of mounting cavities, the number of the capacitor assemblies is the same as that of the mounting cavities, and the capacitor assemblies are arranged in the mounting cavities in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The capacitor of claim 2, wherein the limiting grooves are formed in two sides of the partition plate along the first direction, two blocking ribs are arranged on the side wall of the shell, facing the partition plate, at intervals along the second direction, groove bodies are arranged on one side, facing the other blocking rib, of the blocking ribs, the limiting grooves are formed by the groove bodies of the two blocking ribs, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
- 4. The capacitor of claim 3, wherein the inner wall of the housing is provided with a buckle, the buckle is positioned between the two retaining ribs, and the terminal closest to the buckle is provided with the clamping groove matched with the buckle in a clamping way.

The capacitor of claim 2, wherein the terminal is provided with the clamping groove, the buckle is connected to the partition board, the buckle comprises a hook portion, the width of the hook portion along the first direction gradually increases along the up-down direction, the hook portion is clamped with the clamping groove, and the lower end face of the hook portion is arranged at intervals with the bottom wall of the clamping groove.
