  1. 1. The electric connector comprises an insulating body and a plurality of terminals, wherein the insulating body is provided with an upper surface, a lower surface and terminal grooves penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface, the terminals are arranged in the corresponding terminal grooves one by one, the terminals comprise a base part, an upper elastic part, an upper contact part, an upper abutting part, a lower elastic part, a lower contact part and a lower abutting part, the upper elastic part, the lower contact part and the lower abutting part extend downwards from the base part, the upper abutting part bends downwards from the upper contact part, and the lower abutting part bends upwards from the lower contact part.

The electrical connector of claim 1, wherein the upper contact portion comprises an upper notch at one side edge of the free end and an upper contact portion at the other side edge, the lower contact portion comprises a lower notch at the free end and a lower contact portion at the same side as the upper notch, the lower contact portion extends through the upper notch and is inclined to the base, and the upper contact portion and the lower notch extend through the lower notch and are inclined to the base.

The electrical connector of claim 2, wherein the upper notch comprises an upper side edge and a first inner side edge, the lower notch comprises a lower side edge and a second inner side edge, the upper side edge abuts against an outer side surface of the lower abutting portion away from the base portion when the upper and lower contact portions are pressed down, and the lower side edge abuts against an outer side surface of the upper abutting portion away from the base portion.
