Abstract
A card edge connector for inserting an electronic card comprises a longitudinal connector body extending leftwards and rightwards, an ear clip and a tripping mechanism, wherein the connector body comprises two opposite side walls, a clamping groove which is arranged between the two side walls and penetrates upwards and conductive terminals which are arranged on two sides of the clamping groove, the ear clip is arranged at the right end of the connector body and moves between a locking position and a tripping position, the tripping mechanism comprises a moving piece and a pair of tripping plates, the tripping plates are respectively arranged on the side walls, the moving piece stretches across the clamping groove and is connected with the tripping plate, a first elastic piece integrally extends from the left end of the tripping plate, the right end of the tripping plate is connected with the ear clip, when the electronic card is inserted into the clamping groove, the electronic card is pressed against the moving piece to move, the moving piece drives the tripping plate to move leftwards so that the first elastic piece is elastically deformed, when the electronic card is released from pressing the moving piece, the first elastic piece is restored to deform so that the moving piece moves rightwards from the locking position to the tripping position, and the first elastic piece and the tripping plate is driven to move from the locking position to the tripping position.

Claims (10)
- 1. A clamping edge connector is used for inserting an electronic card and comprises a longitudinally-extending connector body, a lug and a tripping mechanism, wherein the connector body comprises two opposite side walls, a clamping groove which is arranged between the two side walls and penetrates upwards and conductive terminals which are arranged on two sides of the clamping groove, the lug is arranged at the right end of the connector body and moves between a locking position and a tripping position, the tripping mechanism comprises a moving piece and a pair of tripping plates, the tripping plates are respectively arranged on the side walls, the moving piece stretches across the clamping groove and is connected with the tripping plate, and the electronic card is characterized in that a first elastic piece integrally extends from the left end of the tripping plate, the right end of the tripping plate is connected with the lug, when the electronic card is inserted into the clamping groove, the electronic card is pressed against the moving piece, the moving piece is driven to move left to enable a first elastic deformation, when the electronic card is pressed against the moving piece, the first elastic piece is driven to move to the right to reset from the same plane as the elastic piece, and the tripping plate is driven to move from the right to the same plane.
- 2. The card edge connector as set forth in claim 1, wherein the trip plate has a chute adjacent to a left end thereof, the chute being of an inclined structure of up, down, right and left, and the moving member is connected to the chute and is movable along the chute.
- 3. The card edge connector as set forth in claim 2, wherein the first spring piece is formed by extending obliquely upward from a lower edge of the left end, the side wall is provided with a vertical surface facing the right end, and the first spring piece is abutted against the vertical surface.
- 4. The card edge connector of claim 3, wherein the trip plate is provided with a second spring plate, and the second spring plate is positioned between the chute and the right end and is pressed against the side wall obliquely upwards.
- 5. The card edge connector of claim 4, wherein the second spring plate extends obliquely from the lower edge of the trip plate to the lower left, the side wall is provided with a convex rib, and the second spring plate is pressed against the convex rib upwards.
- 6. The card edge connector of claim 2, wherein the movable member comprises a clamping portion in the clamping groove and a cross bar traversing the clamping portion, and both ends of the cross bar move along the sliding groove.
- 7. The electrical connector of claim 6, wherein the cross bar includes a vertical portion and inclined portions bent downward from both ends of the vertical portion, the inclined portions being movable along the sliding grooves.
- 8. The card edge connector of claim 5, wherein the second spring is longer than the first spring, and the first spring provides a greater spring force than the second spring.

The card edge connector of claim 1, wherein the two sides of the ear clip are provided with protruding blocks, the ear clip is fixedly connected with the connector body through a spring, when the ear clip is in the unbuckled position, the spring is stretched, the right end of the unbuckled plate is propped against the protruding blocks rightwards to inhibit the ear clip from moving leftwards, and when the unbuckled plate moves rightwards, the elastic piece drives the ear clip to horizontally move rightwards to reach the locking position.
- 10. The card edge connector of claim 10, wherein the spring is disposed horizontally and has two ends respectively fixed to the connector body and the ear clip.

The first section part extends along a first axial direction and is linked with the poking button, the second section part extends along a second axial direction and is linked with the button, when the button is pressed, the second section part of the linking piece is driven, the first section part is linked to move along the first axial direction, and the poking button is pulled, so that the poking button rotates relative to the base. It can be seen that this patent is to solve the problem that in daily life, the user is difficult to directly press the pulling button to release, the button is designed at one end far away from the connector, the extra circuit board space is occupied, and the design is more complex. The electronic card connector comprises a longitudinal connector body extending leftwards and rightwards, a lug and a tripping mechanism, wherein the connector body comprises two opposite side walls, a clamping groove which is arranged between the two side walls and penetrates upwards and conductive terminals which are arranged on two sides of the clamping groove, the lug is arranged at the right end of the connector body and moves between a locking position and a tripping position, the tripping mechanism comprises a moving piece and a pair of tripping plates, the tripping plates are respectively arranged on the side walls, the moving piece stretches across the clamping groove and is connected with the tripping plate, a first elastic piece integrally extends out of the left end of the tripping plate, the right end of the tripping plate is connected with the lug, when the electronic card is inserted into the clamping groove, the electronic card is pressed against the moving piece to move, the moving piece is driven to move leftwards so as to enable the first elastic piece to move, the electronic card is released from the locking position to the right end of the electronic card, the electronic card is driven to move against the first elastic piece to restore to the same plane, and the first elastic piece is driven to move from the right end of the elastic piece to restore to the same plane. Compared with the prior art, the unlocking mechanism is arranged on the card edge connector, does not occupy extra space, can realize locking and unlocking directly by inserting and pulling out the card, and is convenient to use.
