CN-122026258-A - Assembled structure
Abstract
The invention provides an assembly structure capable of preventing incorrect assembly of a wire harness. The assembled structure comprises a main body which is reversibly deformed into a 1 st form and a2 nd form by changing the assembled state of a plurality of frame members, guide grooves provided in the frame members and continuous when the plurality of frame members are assembled, and a wire harness which does not protrude from the guide grooves when the wire harness is fitted into the guide grooves. The cross-sectional shape of the guide groove is a shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the wire harness.

- 5. The assembly structure according to claim 1, wherein, A plurality of said frame members are connected via a linkage, The main body is deformed into the 1 st and 2 nd modes by relatively moving the plurality of frame members around the link mechanism, The 1 st aspect is a running-possible mode in which a plurality of frame members are assembled, The 2 nd aspect is a transportable form in which one frame member is folded over another frame member.
Description
Assembled structure Technical Field The present invention relates to an assembled structure. Background Patent document 1 discloses a mis-fitting prevention connector comprising a pair of male and female connectors connected by fitting, wherein a projection for mis-fitting prevention is provided in a fitting portion of one connector, and a coupling groove for mis-fitting prevention corresponding to the projection for mis-fitting prevention is provided in a fitting portion of the other connector. The mis-fitting prevention connector is configured in such a manner that the outline shapes of the two fitting portions are formed to be point-symmetrical with respect to the center of the fitting surface according to the number and positions of the mis-fitting prevention protrusions and the mis-fitting prevention engagement grooves provided in the two fitting portions, and that the two fitting portions can be fitted to the corresponding specific mating connector in only two directions. Patent document 1 Japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2003-031316 Disclosure of Invention In patent document 1, a countermeasure for attaching a wire harness including a power line or a signal line at a predetermined position without fail is not disclosed, not a connector portion. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an assembled structure capable of preventing erroneous assembly of a wire harness. The assembled structure comprises a main body which is reversibly deformed into a1 st form and a 2 nd form by changing the assembled state of a plurality of frame members, guide grooves provided in the frame members and continuous when the plurality of frame members are assembled, and a wire harness which does not protrude from the guide grooves when fitted into the guide grooves. The guide groove has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to a cross-sectional shape of the wire harness. The frame member is a hollow member, and the guide groove is provided on an inner peripheral surface of the frame member. The 1 st aspect is a traveling mode in which a plurality of the frame members are assembled so as to be unable to move relative to each other, and the 2 nd aspect is a transportable mode in which a plurality of the frame members are separated from each other. The plurality of frame members are connected via a link mechanism, and the main body is deformed into the 1 st form and the 2 nd form by relatively moving the plurality of frame members around the link mechanism, wherein the 1 st form is a travel-possible form in which the plurality of frame members are assembled, and the 2 nd form is a transport-possible form in which one frame member is folded over another frame member. Effects of the invention According to the present invention, an assembled structure capable of preventing erroneous assembly of a wire harness can be provided. Drawings Fig. 1 is a view showing a running mode (mode 1) of a vehicle to which an assembled structure according to the embodiment is applied. Fig. 2 is a diagram showing a transportation mode (mode 2) of a vehicle to which the assembled structure of the embodiment is applied. Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating a structural example of the guide groove. Fig. 4 is a view of the connection portion between the 1 st frame member and the 3 rd frame member as seen from the direction of arrow a. Detailed Description Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. For the sake of clarity, the following description and drawings are omitted and simplified as appropriate. In the drawings, the same elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and repetitive description thereof will be omitted as necessary. The invention according to the claims is not limited to the following embodiments. The configuration described in the embodiments is not necessarily required as a means for solving the problems. The xyz orthogonal coordinates shown in the drawings are for convenience of explanation of the positional relationship of the constituent elements. Typically, the z-axis is oriented vertically upward and the xy-plane is oriented in the horizontal plane. The present invention relates to an assembled structure suitable for a frame-type vehicle having a vehicle body mounted on a ladder frame, for example. The assembled structure constitutes a ladder-like ladder frame as a skeleton member of the frame-type vehicle. Such vehicles typically reversibly deform into a driving configuration (configuration 1) and a transport configuration (configuration 2). In general, noise, vibration, and harshness (Noise, vibration, harshness: NVH) are generated when a driving unit such as an engine of a vehicle is operated or when a vehicle is
