Abstract

The metal shielding sleeve for the canned motor pump comprises an inner bracket made of metal and a rotor shielding cover which is integrally formed, wherein the inner bracket and the rotor shielding cover are enclosed to form a rotor cavity. The rotor shielding cover comprises a first transverse annular part, a first vertical annular part and a second transverse annular part which are connected smoothly, the first transverse annular part is propped against the outer peripheral surface of the inner support, the first fixing part at the upper end of the inner support is fixed with the first transverse annular part through elastic sealing, and the second transverse annular part is fixed with the lower end of the inner support through welding. The invention reduces welding lines through an integrated structure, combines the upper end elastic seal with the lower end welding, and is matched with multiple elastic sealing elements, thereby effectively compensating welding deviation and uneven stress, obviously improving sealing reliability, and simultaneously ensuring electromagnetic performance stability and manufacturing yield.

- 1. A metal shielding sleeve for a shielding pump is characterized by comprising an inner support (1) and a rotor shielding cover (2), wherein the inner support (1) and the rotor shielding cover (2) are made of metal and jointly enclose to form a rotor cavity (10), the rotor shielding cover (2) is of an integrally formed structure, the metal shielding sleeve comprises a first transverse annular part (21), a first vertical annular part (22) and a second transverse annular part (23), two ends of the first vertical annular part (22) are respectively and smoothly connected with the first transverse annular part (21) and the second transverse annular part (23), the inner peripheral surface of the first transverse annular part (21) is abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the inner support (1), a first fixing part (11) is arranged at the upper end part of the inner support (1) in a protruding mode in a radial and outwards mode, the lower end face of the first fixing part (11) is abutted against the upper end face of the first transverse annular part (21) and is fixed through elastic sealing, and the upper end face of the second transverse annular part (23) is abutted against the inner support (1) and is fixed through welding.
- 2. A metal shield for a canned motor pump according to claim 1 wherein the first vertical annular portion (22) is perpendicular to the first and second lateral annular portions (21, 23), respectively.

The metallic shield can for a canned pump according to claim 2, wherein the lower end surface of the first fixing portion (11) abuts against the upper end surface of the first transverse annular portion (21), a first seal groove (111) is formed by the first fixing portion (11) being recessed inward toward one end of the first transverse annular portion (21), an inner side wall of the first seal groove (111) is formed by an outer peripheral surface of the inner bracket (1), and a first sealing member (31) is fixedly arranged between the first seal groove (111) and the first transverse annular portion (21) to achieve elastic sealing fixation.
- 4. A metal shielding sleeve for a shielding pump is characterized in that a rotor steel sleeve (4) is fixedly arranged in a rotor cavity (10), the upper end face of the rotor steel sleeve (4) abuts against the lower end face of a first transverse annular part (21), the lower end face of the rotor steel sleeve (4) abuts against the upper end face of a second transverse annular part (23), the inner peripheral face of the rotor steel sleeve (4) abuts against an inner support (1), a rotor groove (41) is formed in one side, close to the first vertical annular part (22), of the rotor steel sleeve (4), and rotor magnetic steel (5) is fixedly arranged between the rotor groove (41) and the first vertical annular part (22).

The metallic shield case for a canned pump according to claim 4 wherein a second seal groove (42) is concavely formed at one end of the rotor steel case (4) near the first transverse annular portion (21), the second seal groove (42) and the outer circumferential surface of the inner bracket (1) form a concave groove with one end open, and a second seal member (32) is fixedly arranged between the second seal groove (42) and the first transverse annular portion (21) to realize elastic sealing fixation.

The metal shielding sleeve for the shielding pump according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a stator shielding cover (6), a pump shaft (7) and a pump shell (9), wherein the stator shielding cover (6) is made of metal materials, and the stator shielding cover (6) is respectively fixed with the pump shaft (7) and the pump shell (9) in a sealing mode through a first sealing gasket (33) and a second sealing gasket (34).

A metal shield for a canned motor pump according to claim 6 wherein the stator shield (6) is integrally formed with a first seal portion (61), a cavity portion (62) and a second seal portion (63), the rotor shield (2) is positioned in the cavity portion (62), the first gasket (33) is fixed between the first seal portion (61) and the pump housing (9), and the second gasket (34) is fixed between the second seal portion (63) and the pump shaft (7).

A metal shield for a canned pump according to claim 7 wherein a casing (8) is provided outside the stator shield (6), a stator set (100) is fixedly provided between the casing (8) and the stator shield (6), one end of the stator set (100) close to the first seal (61) has a first-stage stator step surface (101) and a second-stage stator step surface (102), the second-stage stator step surface (102) has a height higher than that of the first-stage stator step surface (101), the first seal (61) comprises a first seal step (611), a second seal step (612) and a third seal step (613) which are sequentially raised from outside to inside, the third seal step (613) is highest and is smoothly connected with the upper end of the cavity (62), the second seal step (612) abuts against the second-stage stator step surface (102), a gap is provided between the third seal step (613) and the second-stage stator step surface (102), the first seal (61) is pressed against the first-stage pump casing (91) and the first-stage stator step surface (91), the first gasket (33) is fixed between a second pump casing step surface (92) and a second seal step portion (612), and the second pump casing step surface (92) also abuts against the third seal step portion (613).

A metal shield for a canned motor pump according to claim 8 wherein the outer periphery of the pump shaft (7) is fixedly connected with a ceramic shaft (71), the outer periphery of the ceramic shaft (71) is slidably connected with a shaft sleeve (72), the shaft sleeve (72) is fixed in the inner bracket (1), the second sealing gasket (34) is axially fixed between the second sealing part (63) and the ceramic shaft (71), and the second sealing gasket (34) radially abuts against the outer periphery of the pump shaft (7).

Metal shielding sleeve for shielding pump Technical Field The invention relates to the technical field of pumps, in particular to a metal shielding sleeve for a shielding pump. Background The canned motor pump is a sealless pump integrating a motor and a pump body, and a motor rotor and a stator of the canned motor pump are isolated from a conveying medium through a canned motor sleeve, so that the leakage-free operation is realized. Under the working condition of low corrosion resistance requirements for clean water or sewage and the like, the shielding sleeve is generally made of a metal material so as to ensure enough mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. In the prior art, as disclosed in chinese patent CN104235051a, a metal magnetic pump is provided, the spacer is made of metal, and the inner magnetic rotor adopts a structure in which a high-strength permanent magnet is embedded in the metal. Such metal shields or spacers are typically cylindrical in configuration and are assembled with the associated components by means of an embedded arrangement. However, the metal material has the characteristics of high hardness and high processing difficulty, the requirement on dimensional accuracy and assembly process of the cylindrical embedded structure in the manufacturing process is high, and the sealing performance is easily reduced due to processing errors or improper assembly, so that leakage risk is generated. In addition, the embedded structure is influenced by factors such as temperature change, pressure fluctuation, vibration and the like in long-term operation, and the problems of loosening of the matching or sealing failure can also occur, so that the operation reliability and the service life of the pump are influenced. In order to solve the above problems, there have been improvements in the related art on the connection structure. For example, chinese patent CN221009869U discloses a metallic elastic expansion connecting sleeve for a motor rotor of a canned water pump, which adopts a straight tubular structure with a straight busbar, and the contour lines of the outer wall and the inner cavity wall are wavy lines connected end to end, so as to form a plurality of axial convex ridges and inner convex ridges, and realize expansion connection between a ceramic rotating shaft and a metallic sealing sleeve through elastic deformation. The structure improves coaxiality and assembly reliability to a certain extent. However, the metal sealing sleeve in the patent adopts a split structure of an inner sleeve, a cylindrical outer sleeve and two annular end covers, and the end covers are fixed with the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve in a welding mode to realize sealing. The welding structure has the following defects that firstly, the number of welding seams is large, the circumferential welding seams are required to be completed, each welding seam is a potential leakage channel, the requirement on the welding process is extremely high, medium permeation is possibly caused by any small defect, and secondly, the heat input is easy to cause local deformation when the metal thin-wall part is welded, so that the coaxiality of the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve is reduced, the roundness of the central through hole is out of tolerance, and the subsequent assembly precision and rotor dynamic balance are influenced. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the shielding sleeve structure of the existing shielding pump to overcome the defects of high leakage risk, high processing difficulty, insufficient reliability and the like caused by a welding structure, and provide a metal shielding sleeve structure with higher sealing reliability and simplified manufacturing process.
