Description
Underwater sound communication machine and assembly method thereof Technical Field The invention relates to underwater communication equipment, in particular to an underwater sound communication machine and an assembly method thereof. Background The underwater sound communication machine is a hardware device for realizing an underwater communication system, is a core component for constructing an underwater communication network, and is widely applied to diversified scenes such as ocean resource development, environment monitoring, national defense safety, engineering operation, emergency rescue and the like. For example, in chinese patent publication No. CN119276380a, the inventor discloses an underwater acoustic ventilator, which includes a housing assembly and a circuit board, the housing assembly is a sealed housing, and the housing assembly has good sealing property and high compressive strength, so as to provide protection for the circuit board inside. The circuit board sets up in the cavity to be connected with the casing subassembly, the casing subassembly includes casing main part and two end covers, and the cavity is located the inside of casing main part, and the both ends of casing main part have the opening with the cavity intercommunication, and the casing main part is tubular structure, and the external diameter at casing main part both ends all equals. The two end covers are arranged at the two openings in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the openings are blocked. The end cap is in sealing engagement with the housing body to form a sealed cavity within the housing body. The lateral wall of casing main part is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, and a plurality of mounting holes are located the both ends of casing main part, and a plurality of mounting holes are arranged along circumference interval, and the distance between two adjacent mounting holes equals. The mounting hole is the through-hole, is provided with the fastener in the mounting hole, and the fastener is used for fixed end cover. The outer peripheral surface of the end cover is provided with positioning holes, the positions of the positioning holes correspond to the positions of the mounting holes one by one, the fastening pieces are inserted into the positioning holes, the fastening pieces are screws, the underwater acoustic communication machine further comprises a mounting bracket, the mounting bracket is arranged in the cavity, the circuit board is arranged on at least one side of the mounting bracket, the mounting bracket is used for providing a mounting foundation for the circuit board and fixing the circuit board in the cavity, and one end, far away from the circuit board, of the mounting bracket is connected with the shell body or the end cover. The underwater acoustic general purpose machine in the prior art has more defects, and is specifically as follows. Firstly, the fixing between the end cover and the shell body needs to rely on a plurality of screws, so that a plurality of positioning holes are required to be drilled on the end cover and a plurality of mounting holes are required to be drilled on the shell body in the processing stage, all screws are required to be fastened one by one in the assembly stage, all screws are required to be detached one by one in the subsequent maintenance stage, and all screws are required to be mounted one by one after maintenance, so that the whole processing, assembly and maintenance process is complex in operation, low in efficiency, secondly, even if the screws are detached one by one in the maintenance process, the end cover has no stress point, the end cover and the shell body are required to be separated by pulling the end cover and the shell body in opposite directions by means of tools capable of providing clamping force after the end cover and the shell body are respectively clamped, the tools capable of providing clamping force can cause the oxidation layers on the surfaces of the end cover and/or the shell body to be damaged, so that the corrosion resistance of the underwater acoustic communication machine is influenced, and thirdly, one end part of the mounting bracket is fixedly connected with one end cover, and the other end part of the underwater acoustic communication machine is suspended, if the underwater acoustic communication machine is subjected to impact or collision in the use, and the suspended mounting bracket is easy to shake in the shell, further the influence the vibration is influenced, the stability of the underwater acoustic communication machine is influenced, and the problem is bad, and the normal contact is caused. Disclosure of Invention An object of the present invention is to provide an underwater acoustic port machine and an assembling method thereof, in which a bottom assembly cylinder of the underwater acoustic port machine can press a bottom end cap against a bottom step of a cabin after being screwed to the bottom of the ca
