The system eliminates the manual inspection blind area and risk, and improves the dam defect identification efficiency and the data reliability.

- 1. A concrete arch dam video monitoring system is characterized by adopting a distributed hierarchical architecture and comprises a plurality of monitoring points, at least one monitoring substation and a monitoring master station, wherein the monitoring points are arranged on key monitoring positions of a concrete arch dam and a dam-approaching reservoir area thereof, each monitoring point is provided with front-end equipment for collecting video and image information, the monitoring substation is used as an area signal converging and transmitting node and is connected with the plurality of the monitoring points through a wired or wireless communication link, an industrial grade switch is arranged in the monitoring substation, the monitoring master station is used as a system management and application center and is communicated with the at least one monitoring substation through a network and is integrated with control equipment, storage equipment, display equipment and an information management system, and the front-end equipment, the monitoring substation and the monitoring master station are sequentially in communication connection to form a closed loop system for completing information collection, transmission, storage and management.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein signal transmission between the monitoring substation and the monitoring point and between the monitoring substation and the monitoring main station is adapted to the concrete arch dam engineering environment, wherein transmission media of wired communication adopt optical cables or five or more network cables, a point where the wired network is difficult to deploy adopts a wireless communication mode conforming to the national radio management regulations, and the industrial grade switch supports network topology management, port management and remote program upgrading.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 1 is characterized in that the information management system adopts a layered system structure and comprises an equipment layer, an equipment interface layer, a data processing layer, a platform layer and a user side, wherein the equipment layer comprises at least one set of mobile track machine driven by control equipment, a lifting cloud deck and a high-definition camera which are mounted on the mobile track machine, the equipment interface layer provides a standardized software interface, the control equipment is used for realizing mobile control of the mobile track machine, gesture control of the lifting cloud deck and lens control of the high-definition camera, the data processing layer is used for identifying and analyzing video and image data from the equipment interface layer, the platform layer provides an interactive interface comprising inspection live view, defect tracking, planning inspection making, manual inspection initiating and system operation and maintenance for users, and the user side adopts a B/S framework for authorized users to access the system through a network browser.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein the mobile track machine is integrated with a navigation unit, a driving unit and a main control unit, travels along a preset path based on mileage and navigation technology, and can be accurately positioned at a point to be observed on the surface of a dam.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein the recognition and analysis functions of the data processing layer comprise dam crack recognition, dam calcium analysis recognition, dam instrument reading extraction and dam image plotting, and can automatically screen relevant information of dam structure defects and mark defect positions.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 3, wherein the platform layer is also provided with a scientific research system guarantee module and an information security guarantee module in a matched mode, the scientific research system guarantee module provides data support for related researches of dam security monitoring, and the information security guarantee module protects system access rights, data transmission and storage security.

The concrete arch dam video monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the front-end equipment comprises an ultra-high-definition panoramic camera, a high-altitude observation laser holder, a network laser dome camera, a high-definition network infrared drum camera and an unmanned aerial vehicle mounted camera, wherein the panoramic resolution of the ultra-high-definition panoramic camera is more than or equal to 4K, the close-up resolution is more than or equal to 1080P, the infrared light supplementing irradiation distance is more than or equal to 200m, the resolution of the high-altitude observation laser holder is more than or equal to 1080P, the laser light supplementing irradiation distance is more than or equal to 1000m, and the resolution of the unmanned aerial vehicle mounted camera is more than or equal to 4K.
