Abstract

According to the invention, through the functional partition design and system arrangement of the hot chamber, the target device is operated between the irradiation chamber and the operation hot chamber by utilizing the target vehicle, and meanwhile, the up-and-down target operation is performed by utilizing the automation system in the operation hot chamber, so that the batch cross-hot chamber transfer of the target pieces can be realized, the requirements of the flow up-and-down targets and the efficient flow of materials in the hot chamber can be met, and the requirement of the isotope mass production can be met.

- 1. - 7. The system of claim 2, wherein the lifting area is provided with a powered manipulator mounted on top of the operating hotcell for gripping and transferring target containers and target assemblies.
- 8. The system of claim 7, wherein a lifting inspection hole is provided directly above the lifting area for power manipulator inspection, equipment and component in and out.
- 9. An operation flow of a hot cell system of a target station, which is applied to the hot cell system of the target station for isotope production according to any one of claims 1 to 8, and comprises an upper target flow, an irradiation flow, a lower target flow and a discharge flow.

The operational flow of a hot cell system of claim 9, wherein the on-target flow comprises: s1, controlling a power manipulator to transfer a target assembly to a target piece operation table, and sequentially inserting new target pieces into target piece slots in the target assembly by utilizing a small mechanical arm with a fixed base; s2, controlling a power manipulator to transfer the target assembly to a target container; S3, repeating the steps until the target pieces of the 4 target assemblies are filled, and transferring the target container to a target vehicle.
