Description

Fungicidal combinations, fungicidal compositions, methods and uses thereof Technical Field The present disclosure is in the field of agrochemicals, in particular agricultural pest control (fungal pathogens). In particular, the present disclosure relates to fungicidal combinations and fungicidal compositions for controlling/preventing fungal diseases in plants/crops. Background The background description includes information that may be used to understand the present disclosure. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is relevant to the presently claimed disclosure, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art to the presently claimed disclosure. Infection by various plant pathogens such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, viroids, nematodes, etc., results in reduced plant quality, significant reductions in yield and even death, which results in significant economic losses. About 80% of these diseases are caused by pathogenic fungi. Fungal diseases of crops have become an important bottleneck in sustainable agricultural development. Therefore, in order to achieve efficient and stable production of crops, it is required to effectively control fungal diseases in crops. One of the most damaging pathogens to grape cultivation worldwide is Plasmopara viticola (Plasmopara viticola) causing downy mildew. Since the mid nineteenth century the disease was recognized, it has spread from the united states to europe and then to all grape-growing countries. This results in significant economic losses due to the lack of effective disease control. The increasing application of contact and penetration single point fungicides to control downy mildew has led to the emergence of resistant fungal strains. Potato late blight is another disease that is difficult to control caused by the fungus phytophthora infestans (Phytophthora infestans). Crop failure may result in a short period of time if appropriate control measures are not taken. The disease is characterized by black/brown lesions on leaves and stems that may be small initially but spread rapidly and may kill the entire plant. Under humid conditions, fungi produce white spores that can spread disease to other plants. In view of this, there is a need for fungicides that are effective in preventing or controlling the spread of downy mildew caused by Plasmopara viticola and late blight caused by Phytophthora infestans. Objects of the present disclosure It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a fungicidal combination for controlling or preventing fungal diseases in plants/crops. It is an object of the present disclosure to provide fungicidal combinations for controlling or preventing resistant fungal diseases in plants/crops.
