Description
Aerosol generating device Technical Field Embodiments relate to aerosol-generating devices and, more particularly, to aerosol-generating devices capable of directly, quickly and accurately detecting a flow change of air or aerosol flowing through a channel. Background Recently, there has been an increasing demand for alternative methods of overcoming the disadvantages of conventional cigarettes. For example, there is an increasing demand for systems that generate aerosols by heating cigarettes or aerosol-generating substances using aerosol-generating devices, rather than by burning the cigarettes. To control the operation of the aerosol-generating device, the aerosol-generating device may comprise a sensor. For example, when the aerosol-generating device comprises a temperature sensor, the aerosol-generating device may detect the heater or a change in temperature around the heater. As another example, where the aerosol-generating device comprises a puff sensor for detecting a puff of a user, operation of the aerosol-generating device may be controlled based on the puff of the inhaled aerosol by the user. Disclosure of Invention Technical problem An aerosol-generating device comprising a temperature sensor or a puff sensor may utilize signal information relating to a temperature or a user's puff which is related to the operation of the aerosol-generating device. However, the signal information related to the temperature or the sucking action of the user is not signal information that directly detects the flow of aerosol generated by the aerosol-generating device and delivered to the user. For aerosol-generating devices, it is important that the device operates efficiently in response to the various environments in which the aerosol-generating device is used and the various types of users that use the aerosol-generating device.
