CN-122028830-A - Suspension device
Abstract
A strap (10) and a combined strap (10) and loop (30). The combined strap and ring may be reusable for hanging a container (50), particularly in a shower. The ability to reuse the hanging product reduces the environmental burden of disposable use. The ring (30) includes two knob (34, 36) which are received in openings at the free ends of the strap (10) when the ring and strap are combined. The straps and loops are preferably made of a flexible, resilient material, and the diameter of the loops (30) is generally smaller than the diameter of the container (50) from which they are to be suspended, the flexible, resilient material of the loops firmly gripping the container. The strap preferably comprises an integral central section (12) and two integral side sections (14 a, 14b, 16a, 16 b). The integral central section comprises an opening (18) and the two side sections comprise openings, each opening preferably having a larger portion (14 b, 16 b) and a smaller portion (14 a, 16 a) communicating with each other. The central section is wider than the end sections to facilitate hanging the strap from the central section opening. For two knob on the ring, each knob comprises a stem (40, 41) and a head (35, 38), and the strap is suspended by inserting the knob into the end section opening.

Description
Suspension device Background Body washes are popular products for showering. In addition to skin cleansing ingredients, some body washes include skin benefit agents. Body washes are preferred in many households where it may be less desirable for different household members to use the same soap or cosmetic bar. In the case of bath bottles or other containers used in homes and other showers, it is useful to have a means for hanging the package. On the one hand, having the bath package in a convenient reach in the shower minimizes the risk of slipping and falling. And persons with disabilities would benefit from an easy-to-use means of handling the package. Furthermore, the suspension means for bathing the product may make it easier to find the product if the vision is somewhat obscured by shampoo or the like. Concerns regarding the amount of plastic discarded into our environment have increased the desire to use non-plastic materials and reuse plastic items. It is therefore desirable to have a reusable suspension for bathing containers that meets the need for a convenient way to suspend the product, but does not result in an extra frequent contribution of plastic to the environment. Various suspension devices have been disclosed in the patent literature. CN2 907 705Y discloses a hanging sleeve for infusion bottle hooks. A strip (2) having two integral free side sections and an integral central section, the strip being composed of a flexible material, the strip having an opening (6) on each side section, the opening being defined by an opening sidewall in the strip, the opening being completely surrounded by the opening sidewall on all sides thereof, wherein each opening on the side comprises a first section (see fig. 3) and a second section communicating with each other, wherein the first section is larger than the second section, and wherein the central section comprises a central opening (5), the central opening being defined by an opening sidewall in the strip, the central opening being completely surrounded by the opening sidewall on all sides thereof (see fig. 3). Blood transfusion can be performed while the middle portion of the hook hanging strip is hung on the hook. US 2021/0371163 to mos et al discloses a bottle handle with a detachable strap. The vial handle may have a base member with a first knob and a second knob and a vial engagement portion having an annular shape configured to receive and grasp a vial. The strap may have a first end and a second end with a clip for receiving the knob. The base member may be formed of an elastomer configured to stretch to enable insertion of a bottle into the bottle engagement portion. Separating the base member from the bottle may include stretching the bottle engaging portion. The knob may have a head and a neck narrower than the head. Each clip may have an enlarged portion sized to allow passage of the buttonhead and a smaller portion sized to receive the neck without allowing passage of the buttonhead. Keicher US 5,749,490 relates to a suspension device for bottles. The hanging means comprise a thin web of material having one opening for the neck of the bottle and another opening for hanging it on a hook on the wall. The web may also have an opening at one end sized to receive a bottle body and an opening at the other end to receive a bottle neck. More than one opening of different sizes may be provided to receive a bottleneck. Hidding US3275366 relates to a carrier or support for use with a bottle and a handle member. The various elements of the support 20 are advantageously made of a tough resilient material such as a polyolefin plastic, and thus the collar section 30, lugs 32 and 34 and ears 36 can be easily molded in unitary relation. Similarly, the coupling member 38 and the handle member 42 may be "integrally molded". In fig. 19 and 20, the lugs are received in the oval openings. Ledestma et al, US20200046174, hendrickson, US20180049572, becker, US 6131780 and Holoubek disclose various bottle or tube hanging devices. Disclosure of Invention In one aspect, the present invention relates to a strap having two integral free side sections and an integral center section. The strip may be constructed of a flexible material. The strip has an opening on each side section, the opening being defined by an opening sidewall in the strip, and the opening being completely surrounded by the opening sidewall on all sides thereof. In one embodiment, each opening in the side section includes a first portion and a second portion in communication with each other, wherein the first portion is larger than the second portion. The first opening is shaped to receive a knob having a head and a stem, and the second opening is shaped to receive only the stem such that the knob head can pass through the first section, and further, the second section can receive the stem of the knob to retain the strap on the knob. The important thing in this respect is that the knob head can enter
