Description
Combination of cowberry fruit, phyllanthus emblica and roselle Cross-reference to related applications The present patent application claims priority based on japanese patent application No. 2023-193963 (application day: 2023, 11, 14) or japanese patent application No. 2024-137885 (original application day: 2023, 11, 14). The entire disclosure of this prior patent application is incorporated by reference into this specification. Technical Field The invention relates to a combination of cowberry fruit, phyllanthus emblica and roselle. Background The skin is composed of, in order from the outside, the stratum corneum, epidermis, basement membrane, and dermis, which is the widest part of the area where cells do not aggregate as densely as the epidermis, but rather the extracellular space is much, filled with a network of macromolecules called "extracellular matrix". The extracellular matrix is produced in fibroblasts and the like in the dermis, and is composed of polysaccharides called acid mucopolysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid and dermatan sulfate, and fibrous proteins such as collagen and elastin. The extracellular matrix is directly related to skin elasticity, firmness, moisture feeling, metabolism, etc., and if the extracellular matrix in fibroblasts, etc., is retarded, the skin elasticity and moisture feeling are lost, and wrinkles, small lines, and rough skin are easily generated, which are one cause of skin aging. The fibrous protein is mainly composed of collagen, wherein type I collagen accounts for 80% of the whole body. In addition to type I collagen, the presence of III, V, XII and XIV type collagen is also known. One of the causes of wrinkles/sagging seen in aged skin is the thinning of skin tissue with age. In aged skin, the decrease in collagen fibers, which is a main matrix component of dermis, is remarkable, and this is highly likely to be a factor of decrease in skin thickness. Therefore, promotion of collagen production to maintain the collagen amount is considered to be effective for prevention/improvement of wrinkles and sagging. In addition to the above, promotion of collagen production is considered to be effective for improvement of wound healing and the like of the skin. As a component having such a collagen production promoting effect, various components such as N-benzoylglycylglycine (patent document 1) have been known, and on the other hand, development of a component or product having a collagen production promoting effect with a higher effect has been demanded. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2014-055116 Disclosure of Invention The present inventors have newly discovered a combination of bilberry, phyllanthus emblica and roselle. The present invention has been completed based on this finding. Thus, the present invention provides a combination of bilberry, phyllanthus emblica and roselle. According to the present invention, the following invention is provided. (1) A composition comprising cowberry fruit, phyllanthus emblica and roselle. (2) The composition according to (1), which is used for promoting collagen production.
