Claims (20)
- 1. A package for an aerosol provision device, the package comprising: The box body, the box body includes: An inner box formed from a single unitary piece of pulp material, and Cover part, and An outer sleeve configured to extend at least partially around the cartridge to retain the cartridge in a closed position.
- 2. The package of claim 1, wherein the single unitary pulp material component comprises bamboo and bagasse.
- 3. The package of claim 2, wherein the single unitary pulp material component further comprises at least one of wood fiber, sugar cane, wheat straw, reed, starch, and rice hull.
- 4. The package of any of the preceding claims, wherein the single unitary pulp material component is made from bamboo in the range of about 60% to about 70% and bagasse in the range of about 30% to about 40%.
- 5. The package of claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the single unitary pulp material component is made from about 65% bamboo and about 35% bagasse.
- 6. A package according to any preceding claim, wherein the single unitary pulp material component is fibre reinforced.
- 7. The package of claim 6, wherein the fibers are at least one of cotton fibers, sugar cane, and cellulose fibers.
- 8. The package of any of the preceding claims, wherein the single unitary pulp material component has a wall thickness in the range of about 0.7 mm to about 1.0 mm.
- 9. The package of claim 8, wherein the single unitary pulp material component has a wall thickness of about 0.8 mm.
- 10. The package of claim 2, wherein the single unitary pulp material component is made substantially of bamboo and bagasse.
- 11. A package according to any preceding claim, wherein the inner container comprises first and second portions configured to be positioned opposite one another and sealed into a closed aerosol supply device receiving space in the closed position.
- 12. The package of any of the preceding claims, wherein the first portion of the inner box comprises a first raised area comprising a first recess configured to receive a device.
- 13. The package of claim 11 or claim 12, wherein the second portion of the inner box comprises a second raised area comprising a second recess configured to receive a device accessory.
- 14. The package of claim 13, wherein in the closed position, at least a portion of the second recess is disposed opposite the first recess.
- 15. The package of any of claims 12-14, wherein the first recess and/or the second recess comprise a translucent paper configured to adhere to a periphery of and close the first recess and/or the second recess.
- 16. The package of claim 15, wherein the translucent paper has a basis weight in the range of about 60 gsm to about 110 gsm.
- 17. The package of any one of claims 11 to 16, wherein the inner box comprises a third portion, the first and second portions being hingedly connected to opposite sides of the third portion.
- 18. The package of claim 17, wherein the third portion of the inner box comprises a third raised area comprising a third recess configured to receive a pen device.
- 19. The package of claim 17 or claim 18, wherein the lid comprises a first section, a second section, and a third section, each of the first section, the second section, and the third section covering the first portion, the second portion, and the third portion, respectively, of the inner box.
- 20. The package of claim 19, wherein the first section of the cover includes a receptacle configured to receive an information manual.
Description
Packaging piece Technical Field The present invention relates to a package. More particularly, the present invention relates to packages for aerosol supplies made of recyclable materials. Background Known packages for aerosol supplies are typically made of cardboard material, with a plastic tray inside and a plastic wrap outside. The plastic parts of the package are made of non-renewable resources, the production process of which can have a negative impact on the environment. In addition, many different components and materials require complex machinery and assembly lines to produce. In addition, these materials are not easily recycled and are not biodegradable. Disclosure of Invention In one aspect of the invention, a package for an aerosol provision is provided. The package includes a box including an inner box formed from a single unitary piece of pulp material and including a cover portion, and an outer sleeve configured to extend at least partially around the box to retain the box in a closed position. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may comprise bamboo and bagasse. In some embodiments, the single unitary pulp material component may further comprise at least one of wood fiber, sugar cane, wheat straw, reed, starch, and rice hull. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may be made from bamboo in the range of about 60% to about 70% and bagasse in the range of about 30% to about 40%. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may be made from about 65% bamboo and about 35% bagasse. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may be reinforced with fibers. In some embodiments, the fibers may be at least one of cotton fibers, sugar cane, and cellulose fibers. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may have a wall thickness in the range of about 0.7 mm to about 1.0 mm. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may have a wall thickness of about 0.8 mm. In some embodiments, a single unitary pulp material component may be made substantially of bamboo and bagasse. In some embodiments, the inner cartridge may include first and second portions configured to be positioned opposite one another and sealed into a closed aerosol supply device receiving space in the closed position. In some embodiments, the first portion of the inner case may include a first raised area including a first recess configured to receive a device. In some embodiments, the second portion of the inner case may include a second raised area including a second recess configured to receive a device accessory. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the second recess may be disposed opposite the first recess in the closed position. In some embodiments, the first recess and/or the second recess may include a translucent paper configured to adhere to a periphery of the first recess and/or the second recess and to close the first recess and/or the second recess. In some embodiments, the translucent paper may have a basis weight in the range of about 60 gsm to about 110 gsm. In some embodiments, the inner shell may include a third portion, the first and second portions being hingedly connected to opposite sides of the third portion. In some embodiments, the third portion of the inner case may include a third raised area including a third recess configured to receive the pen device. In some embodiments, the cover may include first, second, and third sections, each of which covers the first, second, and third portions of the inner case, respectively. In some embodiments, the first section of the cover may include a receiver configured to receive an information manual. In some embodiments, the cover may be made of the same material as a single unitary piece of pulp material. In some embodiments, the cover may have a wall thickness in the range of about 0.7 mm to about 1.0 mm, preferably the cover has a wall thickness of about 0.8 mm. In some embodiments, a closed cavity may be formed between the inner box and the cover portion. In some embodiments, the closed cavity may contain a support material. In some embodiments, the inner box and lid portions may be formed from a single unitary piece of pulp material. In some embodiments, the outer envelope may be made of a paper material. In some embodiments, the paper material may have a basis weight in the range of about 160 gsm to about 200 gsm. In some embodiments, the paper material may have a basis weight of about 180 gsm. In some embodiments, the paper material may be impregnated with a dye. In some embodiments, the package may further comprise a tear strip configured to provide an opening mechanism to the package.
