Description
Direct-drive roller and roller conveyor Technical Field The application relates to the technical field of mechanical transmission, in particular to a direct-drive roller and a roller type conveying device. Background The roller type conveying device is widely applied to the fields of industrial production, storage and distribution, port logistics and the like, has the characteristics of rapidness, high efficiency, reliability and the like, and saves a large amount of manpower and material resources. The roller conveyor is generally formed by arranging a plurality of direct-drive rollers along a certain direction, wherein each direct-drive roller comprises a motor, a roller wheel and a coupling piece arranged between the motor and the roller wheel. In the prior art, the coupling piece generally comprises two clamping plates which are butted in the axial direction, wherein one clamping plate is arranged in the motor, the other clamping plate is arranged outside the motor, a rubber ring is arranged between the two clamping plates, and the rubber ring is extruded in the axial direction to deform in the butting process of the two clamping plates, so that the radial dimension of the rubber ring is increased to be in close contact with the inner wall of the roller. When the motor rotates, the roller can rotate along with the rubber ring through friction between the rubber ring and the roller. When the roller type conveying device works, the direct-drive rollers of the roller type conveying device simultaneously rotate to drive the objects to be conveyed to move along the arrangement direction of the direct-drive rollers. The coupling piece of the direct drive roller with the structure is composed of a plurality of elements, so that the coupling piece is complex in structure, difficult to assemble, limited in power transmission capacity and needs to be further improved. Disclosure of Invention Therefore, the direct-drive roller and the roller type conveying device with simple structures and high transmission efficiency are provided. The application provides a direct-drive roller, which comprises a roller, a motor and a coupling piece arranged between the roller and the motor, wherein the motor comprises an output shaft, the coupling piece is sleeved on the output shaft, a plurality of first parts and a plurality of second parts are arranged at the outer edge of the coupling piece and are alternately distributed in the circumferential direction of the coupling piece, the first parts are rigid parts, the second parts are elastic parts, the rigidity of the first parts is greater than that of the second parts, the roller is sleeved on the coupling piece, the first parts are in clearance fit with the roller, and the second parts are elastically propped against the inner wall of the roller. In another aspect, the present application provides a roller conveying apparatus, including a plurality of the direct-drive rollers sequentially arranged. Compared with the prior art, the coupling piece of the direct-drive roller is provided with the rigid first parts and the elastic second parts alternately in the circumferential direction, the first parts provide rigid support, the second parts are elastically abutted with the roller, and the direct-drive roller is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and high in transmission efficiency.
