Description

Polymer composition, crosslinked material, tire, and conjugated diene polymer Technical Field Cross reference to related applications The present application claims priority based on japanese patent application No. 2023-182085 filed on day 10 and 23 and japanese patent application No. 2024-68434 filed on day 4 and 19, 2023, which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety. The present disclosure relates to polymer compositions, crosslinked articles, tires, and conjugated diene polymers. Background Conjugated diene polymers obtained by polymerization using conjugated diene compounds are widely used in various industrial products such as pneumatic tires (pneumatic tires), vibration-proof rubbers, and hoses because of their excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, mechanical strength, and molding processability. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for further improvement in wear resistance in tire performance in the trend of electric power and fuel consumption reduction of automobiles. In order to cope with such a demand, a polymer or a polymer composition (rubber composition) having higher strength and higher abrasion resistance than conventional ones has been developed as a material for a rubber for an automobile tire (for example, refer to patent document 1). Patent document 1 discloses that by using a carboxyl group-modified polymer obtained by modifying a styrene-butadiene rubber with a nitrone compound having a carboxyl group, wet grip performance and low rolling resistance due to silica blended in a rubber composition are improved, while rubber strength is improved, and storage elastic modulus and abrasion resistance of the rubber are improved. Prior art literature Patent literature Japanese patent laid-open publication 2016-175986 (patent document 1) Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention Carboxyl-modified polymers are known to exhibit high strength as ionomers by ionic bonding with metallic elements. Therefore, in the production of rubber products, it is also expected to use carboxyl-modified polymers as high-strength rubber materials. However, the carboxyl group-modified polymer tends to adhere to a metal part (for example, a roll, a blade, or the like) of the apparatus in the kneading step or the molding step, and there is a concern that the processability is poor. The present disclosure has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a polymer composition which can obtain a crosslinked product having high strength while suppressing adhesion to a metal surface. Another object is to provide a conjugated diene polymer which is less likely to adhere to a metal surface and has high strength. Technical means for solving the problems The present inventors have made diligent studies to solve the above problems. As a result, it has been found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by introducing a specific functional group into a conjugated diene polymer together with a carboxyl group in the same molecule or in different molecules. Specifically, the following polymer composition, crosslinked product, tire, and conjugated diene polymer are provided by the present disclosure. [1] A polymer composition comprising a functional conjugated diene polymer having at least one nitrogen-containing group selected from the group consisting of a tertiary amino group, a nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocyclic group and a nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic group, and a carboxyl group in the same molecule or in different molecules, and an anti-aging agent. [2] A crosslinked article obtained by crosslinking the polymer composition according to the above [ 1]. [3] A tire formed using the polymer composition according to [1 ]. [4] A conjugated diene polymer having a plurality of carboxyl groups and at least one selected from the group consisting of tertiary amino groups, nitrogen-containing aliphatic heterocyclic groups and nitrogen-containing aromatic heterocyclic groups. ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION According to the present disclosure, a polymer composition can be produced which can produce a crosslinked body of high strength while suppressing adhesion to a metal surface. Further, a conjugated diene polymer which is less likely to adhere to a metal surface and has high strength can be provided. Detailed Description Matters related to the implementation of the present disclosure are described in detail below. The present specification is not limited to the embodiments described below, and it should be understood that various modifications are also included within the scope of not changing the gist of the present disclosure. In the present specification, the numerical range described in "-" is used as a meaning including numerical values described before and after "-" as a lower limit value and an upper limit value.
