Description
Method for dissolving poorly water-soluble protein, protein solution obtained by the method, and molded article thereof Technical Field The present invention relates to a method for dissolving a poorly water-soluble protein and a protein solution obtained by the method, and more particularly, to a method for dissolving a hydroxyl-containing polymer and a poorly water-soluble protein in an ionic liquid, a poorly water-soluble protein solution obtained by the method, and a molded article thereof. Background In recent years, the sustainable development target (SDGs) has been attracting attention. In order to move to sustainable society, efforts are being made to effectively utilize the past abandoned resources and to maintain a rich environment without damaging the earth. As one of the above, it is desired to prepare a uniform solution of a poorly water-soluble protein, which is a natural product that is difficult to recycle and is discarded, and a hydroxyl-containing polymer that is a natural product, and to recycle the solution as a fiber and/or film-like molded product. Disclosure of Invention Means for solving the problems The inventors of the present invention found a method for dissolving a poorly water-soluble protein in order to realize recycling, in addition to effectively utilizing waste resources. Furthermore, the present inventors have found a method of extracting and solubilizing a poorly water-soluble protein in the form of a poorly water-soluble protein in a high molecular region to exhibit a novel function without lowering the molecular weight of the poorly water-soluble protein by hydrolysis.
