Description

Swing type protective window with pivotable panel Technical Field The present invention relates to the field of swinging-type window coverings intended to close openings formed, for example, in walls of houses. Background The swing type protective window is used for closing the house opening so as to limit the light beam to pass through the opening and ensure the safety of the opening against intrusion. Swinging window coverings typically include a panel secured to a wall by a pivot system such as a hinge. To close the swinging guard to the opening, the user typically has to bend down into the opening to grasp the end of the guard opposite the opening, or slide his finger into the hinge or under the guard to cause the swinging guard to pivot until it covers the opening. Such operations may be dangerous and complex to implement, for example for children or elderly people. Furthermore, swinging window coverings represent unutilized surfaces whose current use is limited to the use of spacers such as light, heat or visual spacers. It is known from document AT512381A2 to integrate a pivotable photovoltaic panel into the frame of a swinging window guard to utilize the window guard surface. However, this document does not provide a solution to the operational difficulties of swinging window guards, especially when opening or closing the window guard between a covering position and an open position in which the window guard fully opens the opening, which is most often the case, but it is not addressed thereto. The present invention thus provides an alternative to existing swing-type window shields with improved safety and usage. Furthermore, the present invention provides a swinging window guard, the accessibility of which when fitted over an opening is facilitated, while allowing the use of its surface, for example to fasten additional elements such as flowerpots or shelves or solar panels, without the use of this surface affecting its use as a spacer as described above. Disclosure of Invention The present invention provides a swinging window guard configured to be pivotally movable about a first rotational axis between a covering position covering an opening formed in a wall and an open position opening the opening, the swinging window guard comprising at least one peripheral frame defining a receiving space for receiving a panel, the panel being movable 180 ° about a second rotational axis within the peripheral frame such that the panel extends completely within the peripheral frame in both a neutral position and in a 180 ° pivot position relative to the neutral position, a stop means extending between the panel and the peripheral frame to allow the panel to rotate 180 ° within the peripheral frame, wherein at least one gripping member of the swinging window guard secured to the panel is mounted to be pivotable relative to the panel about a pivot axis parallel to the second rotational axis of the panel. By means of the invention, the swinging type protective window can be operated between the open position and the covering position through the holding component which is always positioned near the opening, so that no matter what position the swinging type protective window is positioned, the swinging type protective window can be reached, and the situation that a user needs to bend over to grab the swinging type protective window far away from the pivot axis is avoided. Furthermore, the invention allows the same surface of the panel to be exposed outwards, whatever the position the swinging window guard is in, so that for example elements intended to remain outside the building can be fastened thereto. The invention also allows tilting the pivotable panel in order to facilitate access to the surface of the panel on which the elements intended to remain outside the building are fastened, in particular for cleaning or maintenance of the surface or elements. The gripping member also allows the pivotable panel to be moved to a position in which the element fastened to its surface is oriented towards the interior of the building. For example, a birdcage suspended outside the building during daytime may be moved into the building during the evening. Thus, the swing guard according to the present invention provides security, insulation and ease of use for a house. The invention allows, for example, fastening the solar panel on the swinging protection window and keeping it always outside with respect to the house. According to other advantageous but not necessary features of the invention: -the second axis of rotation of the panel extends parallel to the first axis of rotation of the swinging grille; -the gripping member is in the form of a handle block pivoting about the pivot axis and extending within the panel; -the gripping member is in the form of a lever which is pivotally movable about the pivot axis relative to the panel, the lever extending outside the panel; -the stop means comprise a first rib extending along
