CN-122029360-A - Impeller and fan device
Abstract
An impeller of a fan device is provided with a hub and a plurality of blades. The hub is in a shape of a cylinder with a cover extending along the axial direction. The axial one side end of the hub is open. The plurality of blades are arranged radially outward of the hub and are arranged in a circumferential direction. Each of the buckets has a blade portion and a holding portion. The blade portion expands in the axial direction and the radial direction, and is inclined to one circumferential side as going to the other axial side. The retaining portion extends radially inward from an axial one-side end portion of the blade portion and is connected to the hub.

Description
Impeller and fan device Technical Field The present invention relates to an impeller and a fan apparatus. Background Conventionally, a blower (fan device) that sends out air sucked from an axial direction to an outer side in a radial direction is known. For example, a fan (also referred to as an impeller) of a blower is composed of a disk-shaped hub, a shroud, and a plurality of blades. A rotary shaft of the motor is fixed to a center portion of the hub. The hub also bulges toward the shroud in a bell shape at the center. The shroud is in a circular ring shape opening toward the suction port, and is disposed opposite to the hub. The plurality of blades are disposed between the shroud and the hub (see japanese patent application laid-open No. 2011-58442). Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent application laid-open No. 2011-58442 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention However, in the fan of japanese patent application laid-open No. 2011-58442, the hub (particularly, a portion holding the blades radially outward of the center portion of the hub) has a disk shape. Therefore, since air resistance is generated by friction with air during rotation, a sufficient torque needs to be secured for rotation of the fan. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the fluid resistance at a holding portion that holds the blade portion of an impeller. Solution for solving the problem An exemplary impeller of the present invention is provided with a hub and a plurality of buckets. An exemplary fan device of the present invention sends out fluid sucked to one axial side to the radial outside. The fan device is provided with an impeller and a motor. The impeller has a hub and a plurality of buckets. The hub is in a shape of a cylinder with a cover extending along the axial direction. The axial one side end of the hub is open. The plurality of blades are arranged radially outward of the hub and are arranged in a circumferential direction. At least a portion of the motor is disposed within the hub. The motor has a shaft. The shaft is rotatable with the impeller about a rotation shaft extending in the axial direction. Each of the buckets has a blade portion and a holding portion. The blade portion expands in the axial direction and the radial direction, and is inclined to one circumferential side as going to the other axial side. The retaining portion extends radially inward from an axial one-side end portion of the blade portion and is connected to the hub. Further features and advantages of the invention will become more apparent from the following description of embodiments. Effects of the invention According to the exemplary impeller and the fan apparatus of the present invention, the fluid resistance at the holding portion that holds the blade portion of the impeller can be reduced. Drawings Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of the structure of a fan device according to the embodiment. Fig. 2 is a plan view showing the inside of the fan device according to the embodiment. Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the structure of the impeller according to the embodiment. Detailed Description Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the present specification, the direction parallel to the rotation axis J in the fan apparatus 100 is referred to as "axial direction Da". The direction from the first plate portion 31 to the second plate portion 32 in the axial direction Da will be referred to as "one axial direction side Da1", and the direction from the second plate portion 32 to the first plate portion 31 will be referred to as "the other axial direction side Da2". The direction perpendicular to the rotation axis J is referred to as a "radial direction". The direction approaching the rotation axis J in the radial direction is referred to as "radially inner side", and the direction away from the rotation axis J is referred to as "radially outer side".
