Description
Top plate for cooking device and method for manufacturing top plate for cooking device Technical Field The present invention relates to a top plate for a cooker and a method for manufacturing the top plate for the cooker. Background A cooker having a top plate for a cooker and a light source such as an LED (LIGHT EMITTING Diode) is widely used. The top plate for a cooking device used in combination with a light source generally has a transmissive portion that transmits light from the light source and a non-transmissive portion that shields light from the light source. The user of the cooker can recognize a light emission signal (various information) such as an on/off state and a heating state of the power supply by using the light from the light source transmitted through the transmission part. Patent document 1 discloses a top plate for a cooking device, which includes a glass substrate having a cooking surface for supporting a cooking device and a back surface opposite to the cooking surface, and is provided with a transmitting portion for transmitting light from a light source and a non-transmitting portion for shielding light from the light source. The transparent part of the top plate for the cooking device has a first coloring layer provided on the back surface of the glass substrate, and the non-transparent part has a light shielding layer provided on the back surface of the glass substrate. Patent document 1 describes that the first coloring layer provided in the transmission portion may contain a silicone resin and a coloring pigment. Prior art literature Patent literature Patent document 1 Japanese patent laid-open No. 2020-186905 Disclosure of Invention Problems to be solved by the invention As shown in patent document 1, a resin layer containing a silicone resin and a coloring pigment is disposed on the rear surface side of a glass substrate in a transmission portion of a top plate for a cooking device. In the above-described resin layer, the light transmittance of the resin layer may be adjusted by, for example, adjusting the content of the coloring pigment, so that it is difficult to see the inside of the cooker from the transmitting portion during the extinction of the light source, whereas during the lighting of the light source, the light from the light source can be transmitted in the transmitting portion. However, in the conventional resin layer containing a silicone resin and a coloring pigment in the transmission portion, the silicone resin content is high, and the heat resistance and the coating film hardness of the resin layer cannot be sufficiently improved. That is, if the coloring pigment is added to improve the heat resistance and the coating film hardness of the resin layer, the light transmittance of the resin layer is lowered, and therefore it is difficult to maintain an appropriate light transmittance in the resin layer, and excellent heat resistance and coating film hardness can be obtained. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a top plate for a cooking device and a method for manufacturing the same, which can maintain proper light transmittance of a transmission part through which light from a light source passes and can obtain excellent heat resistance and coating hardness. Means for solving the problems The following describes modes of a top plate for a cooker and a method for manufacturing the top plate for a cooker, which solve the above problems. The top plate for a cooking device according to embodiment 1 of the present invention has a transmission portion through which light from a light source passes, and is characterized by comprising a glass substrate having a cooking surface for supporting a cooking device and a back surface opposite to the cooking surface, and a light semi-transmitting layer disposed on the back surface side of the glass substrate, wherein the light semi-transmitting layer is provided in the transmission portion, and the light semi-transmitting layer contains silicone resin, a coloring pigment, and transparent fine particles. The top plate for a cooking device according to embodiment 2 is preferably such that in embodiment 1, the transparent fine particles have an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or less. The top plate for a cooking device according to embodiment 3 preferably includes barium sulfate in the transparent fine particles according to embodiment 1 or 2. The top plate for a cooking device according to claim 4 is preferably such that in claim 3, the content of the barium sulfate is 43 mass% or more and 60 mass% or less in 100 mass% of the light semi-transmissive layer.
