Description

Backlight module for display panel, display device and transport tool Technical Field The invention relates to a backlight module for a display panel. The invention further relates to a display device with the backlight module and a transport vehicle with the display device. Background The number and area of display devices in vehicles is increasing. Display devices are commercially available, for example, as a combination meter for the driver, a central display, and as a co-driver display. Non-self-luminous transmissive display devices require a backlight module for image display. The task of the backlight unit is to illuminate the display panel used as uniformly as possible over the entire active area in order to produce a display as uniform as possible up to the edge region. The matrix type backlight module uses a plurality of light sources arranged in a matrix type to generate light. The light of the light source is guided in this case by means of a reflector in the direction of the display panel. For example, DE 10 2007 007 353 A1 describes a lighting device with a light-emitting surface, which can be composed of a plurality of radiation reflectors in a modular manner. Preferably, a honeycomb, scale-like, triangular or rectangular radiation reflector is used. Each of these radiation reflectors has a plurality of radiation reflecting surfaces which are curved outwards from the centre where the light source is arranged. In particular, thin film reflectors may also be used as reflectors. For example, US 10,613,386 B2 describes a backlight unit apparatus having a plurality of light sources arranged in a matrix form and a reflective film with partition walls. The partition walls are arranged such that they surround the light source in four directions, respectively. In order to provide the thin film reflector with a defined position, it can be glued to the lighting circuit board by means of an adhesive foil. The use of an adhesive film has an influence on the height structure. The reflector is raised by the thickness of the adhesive film. This has an adverse effect on the light output, in particular in the case of laterally emitting light sources. In this context, US 2023/0 012 A1 describes a light-emitting device having a substrate, a plurality of light sources arranged on the substrate, and a plurality of light-reflecting elements arranged on the substrate. The light reflecting element is back injection molded with resin through the opening of the substrate. However, back injection molding with resin takes considerable man-hours. Disclosure of Invention The invention aims to provide an improved scheme of a backlight module for realizing a display panel. This object is achieved by a backlight module having the features of claim 1, by a display device according to claim 9 and by a vehicle according to claim 10. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the dependent claims. According to an aspect of the present invention, a backlight module for a display panel has: -a circuit board on which a plurality of light sources are arranged; a film reflector having a plurality of cavities designed to be reflective, wherein in each cavity at least one light source is arranged in each case, and A support element for the film reflector, which matches the shape of the film reflector, so that the film reflector rests on the circuit board. In the solution according to the invention, the adhesive film can be omitted by using a support element for the thin film reflector. In this case, the film reflector is positioned by the support element in such a way that it rests directly on the printed circuit board. The support element enables a simple mounting of the film reflector. Furthermore, the efficiency of the thin film reflector may be improved, since the curvature of the reflective surface of the thin film reflector may start closer to the light source. According to an aspect of the present invention, in the manufacturing process of the backlight module, the support member is first installed, and then the thin film reflector is installed on the support member. Alternatively, the support element and the thin film reflector may be preassembled. This has the advantage of reducing the number of assembly steps for assembling the backlight module. According to an aspect of the invention, the support element is made of plastic. For example, the support element may be manufactured by injection moulding. By using plastic, a great freedom of design is provided while the support element is light in weight. According to an aspect of the invention, the support element is embodied as white. This has the advantage that the reflection of the film reflector is not affected. According to one aspect of the invention, the support element has a positioning element. These positioning elements facilitate alignment of the support elements during installation of the backlight module. According to an aspect of the invention, th
