The contents of each of these patent applications are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety. Technical Field The present disclosure relates generally to computer user interfaces, and more particularly to techniques for organizing user activities. Background The computer system may include an application for organizing user activities. Such systems may receive user input using user interfaces that include one or more graphical elements adapted for use with organizing user activities. Disclosure of Invention However, some techniques for organizing user activities using electronic devices are often cumbersome and inefficient. For example, some prior art techniques use complex and time consuming user interfaces that may include multiple keys or strokes. The prior art requires more time than is necessary, which results in wasted user time and device energy. This latter consideration is particularly important in battery-powered devices. Thus, the present technology provides faster, more efficient methods and interfaces for organizing user activities for electronic devices. Such methods and interfaces optionally supplement or replace other methods for organizing user activities. Such methods and interfaces reduce the cognitive burden on the user and create a more efficient human-machine interface. For battery-powered computing devices, such methods and interfaces save power and increase the time interval between battery charges. According to some embodiments, a method performed at a computer system in communication with a display generation component and one or more input devices is described. The method includes displaying, via the display generation component, a task selection user interface having a set of one or more selectable task user interface objects including a determination that physiological data of a first subset of a recurring time period meets a first set of criteria, a first selectable task user interface object corresponding to a first type of user activity to be performed during the first subset of the recurring time period, and a determination that physiological data of a second subset of the recurring time period different from the first subset of the recurring time period meets the first set of criteria, a second selectable task user interface object corresponding to a second type of user activity to be performed during the second subset of the recurring time period, receiving, upon display of a task selection user interface, a first set of one or more inputs via one or more input devices, and in response to receiving the first set of one or more inputs, including a selection of the first selectable task user interface object, a determination that physiological data of a second subset of the recurring time period of the first subset of the recurring time period meets the first set of criteria, a second selectable task user interface object corresponding to a second type of user activity to be performed during the second subset of the recurring time period, and a log of the first set of user activity to be enabled during the first subset of the recurring time period, the user interface to record the first subset of activity of the user activity object. According to some embodiments, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing one or more programs configured for execution by one or more processors of a computer system in communication with a display generation component and one or more input devices is described. The one or more programs include instructions for displaying, via the display generation component, a task selection user interface having a set of one or more selectable task user interface objects including a determination that physiological data of a first subset of a cycle time period satisfies a first set of criteria, a first selectable task user interface object corresponding to a first type of user activity to be performed during the first subset of the cycle time period, and a determination that physiological data of a second subset of the cycle time period different from the first subset of the cycle time period satisfies the first set of criteria, a second selectable task user interface object corresponding to a second type of user activity to be performed during the second subset of the cycle time period, receiving, via one or more input devices, a first set of one or more inputs upon display of the task selection user interface, and in response to receiving the first set of one or more inputs, including a first set of selectable task user in
