Description
Battery monomer ageing device Technical Field The present application claims priority and benefit from korean patent application No. 10-2024-0118222 filed at the korean intellectual property office on month 9 of 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. The invention relates to a battery cell aging device. Background In recent years, secondary batteries capable of charging and discharging have been widely used as energy sources for wireless mobile devices. In addition, secondary batteries have also received attention as energy sources for electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and the like, which have been proposed as solutions to air pollution caused by conventional gasoline and diesel vehicles using fossil fuel. Accordingly, the application of the secondary battery is becoming more and more diversified due to the advantages of the secondary battery, and it is expected that the secondary battery will be applied to more fields and products than the present in the future. Such secondary batteries are classified into lithium ion batteries, lithium ion polymer batteries, lithium polymer batteries, and the like, depending on the compositions of the electrodes and the electrolyte solution. Among them, the use of lithium ion polymer batteries is increased due to the low possibility of leakage of electrolyte solution thereof and ease of manufacturing. Generally, secondary batteries are classified into cylindrical and prismatic batteries in which an electrode assembly is received in a cylindrical or prismatic metal can, and pouch-type batteries in which an electrode assembly is received in a pouch-type case made of an aluminum laminate sheet, depending on the shape of the battery case. The electrode assembly received in the battery case is a power generating element capable of charge and discharge and having a structure including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator interposed between the positive and negative electrodes, and is classified into a jelly-roll type in which the separator is interposed between long sheet-shaped positive and negative electrodes coated with an active material, and a stacked type in which a plurality of positive and negative electrodes, each having a predetermined size, are sequentially stacked with the separator interposed therebetween, and the resulting laminate is wound. Generally, such secondary batteries undergo an activation process after injection of an electrolyte solution. During the activation process, the battery cell is formed into an SEI film by initial charge, and then the metallic foreign matter is rapidly eluted by high temperature aging, thereby preventing occurrence of low voltage defects. High temperature aging is generally performed at 60 ℃ or higher, and thus it is necessary to perform the operation in an environment where a constant temperature is maintained. However, in the related art, a tray loaded with a plurality of battery cells is placed one above another, and then temperature adjustment is performed using a general thermometer. However, in this case, among the battery cells in the high-temperature aging chamber, the battery cells located at the center of the tray are more difficult to thermally circulate than the battery cells at the outer edges, resulting in an excessive temperature rise. In this case, there is a problem in that the capacity of the battery cell located at the center is reduced due to the irreversible reaction. Disclosure of Invention [ Technical problem ] In view of the above-described problems of the related art, the present invention is directed to providing a battery cell aging device that minimizes a temperature difference between battery cells by adjusting the temperature of each battery cell and improves energy efficiency by adjusting the temperature of each battery cell. Technical scheme An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a battery cell aging device including a body having a hollow portion formed therein for accommodating a battery cell, a heater positioned on an inner surface of the body or inside the body and configured to adjust a temperature of the battery cell, and a sensor configured to measure the temperature of the battery cell while being in contact with one side of the battery cell. [ Advantageous effects ] The battery cell aging apparatus according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention has the effect of minimizing the temperature difference between the battery cells by adjusting the temperature of each battery cell and improving the energy efficiency by adjusting the temperature of each battery cell.
