Description
Mounting portion with fixing mechanism, adapter for electrical installation apparatus, and electrical installation apparatus Technical Field The present invention relates to a mounting portion having a fixing mechanism, an adapter for an electrical mounting apparatus, and an electrical mounting apparatus or assembly having such a mounting portion. Background The mounting portion or adapter is used in electrical installations to attach electrical mounting equipment to the current bus system. The current bus bar system includes one or several bus bars, and optionally a touch protection device that covers the bus bars of the bus bar system. Typically, the current bus system is enclosed in a switchgear cabinet along with the mounting equipment mounted thereon. The known mounting portion and adapter are equipped with fastening members (e.g. hooks, clamps) by means of which the mounting portion or adapter is attached to the bus bar. In this way, they mechanically and electrically couple the mounting device with the bus bar system. In addition to the fastening members, the mounting portion, adapter or mounting device may be provided with a securing mechanism that protects the mounting portion or adapter from unintended detachment from the bus bar system. Such a securing mechanism may include an arm that is hinged to the mounting portion and grips the bus bar system or touch protection device, if present. The arm should create additional self-enhancing clamping force when attempting to lift the mounting portion. But lifting only causes such self-enhancing clamping force if this would cause a rotational movement of the mounting portion about a pivot point located behind the front surface of the busbar or cover to which the arm is attached. The arm is then additionally pressed against the bus bar system instead of being released from the bus bar, and the mounting portion or adapter is additionally secured against lifting. However, in some cases it is not possible or desirable to place the pivot point of the latch arm behind the front surface of the busbar or cover, respectively, for example, because this space is used or should remain free for other elements. Disclosure of Invention Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a mounting portion, an adapter, and a mounting apparatus having a securing mechanism that alleviates this disadvantage. This object is solved by a mounting device having the features according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims. Accordingly, there is provided a mounting portion of an electrical mounting apparatus, the mounting portion being attachable to at least one current bus bar, the mounting portion comprising: a hooking mechanism arranged on the mounting portion and adapted to hook onto at least one busbar, A securing mechanism, the securing mechanism comprising: A latch arm arranged on the mounting portion, the latch arm being adapted to grasp an attachment point, the attachment point being fixed relative to the at least one busbar, The latch arm is further adapted to engage with the attachment point when the mounting portion is attached to the at least one busbar, The latch arm comprises an arm portion defining a concave arc having a predefined radius, the arm portion being adapted to sit on a section of the mounting portion defining a convex arc having a predefined radius and having a center point located behind the attachment point when the mounting portion is attached to the at least one busbar. Advantageous embodiments may include the following features. When the mounting portion is attached to at least one busbar, the center point may be located above an uppermost busbar of the at least one busbar. The latch arm may be adapted to be permanently pressed in an upward direction to the attachment point. The arm portion may be adapted to be slidably seated on the section. When the mounting portion is attached to the at least one busbar, the attachment point may be located below a top edge of an uppermost busbar of the at least one busbar. The latch arm may have a saw tooth profile adapted to grasp the attachment point. When the mounting portion is attached to the at least one busbar, the attachment point may be a lower front edge of one of the at least one busbar, in particular a lower front edge of an uppermost busbar. Alternatively, the attachment point may be located at a touch protection cover that is mounted in front of at least one busbar. The securing mechanism may further comprise a spring member for generating a clamping force adapted to act on the latch arm to permanently press the latch arm against the attachment point when the mounting portion is attached to the at least one busbar. The section may be formed by a rib. Alternatively, the section may be formed from a plurality of ribs spaced apart from one another. The mounting portion may further comprise a section adapted to support the arm portion when the mounting portion i
