A heating device for a vehicle, characterized by comprising a heating box (12) and a radiator (13), said radiator (13) being provided in a wall of said heating box (12), said radiator (13) comprising a heat-dissipating duct adapted to be connected to an exhaust device (2) of an engine of said vehicle.
  2. 2. A heating device according to claim 1, characterized in that the heat dissipation conduit comprises an air inlet end (11A) and an air outlet end (11B), both the air inlet end (11A) and the air outlet end (11B) being adapted to be connected to the air outlet device (2).
  3. 3. A heating device according to claim 2, further comprising a flow regulating device (14), said flow regulating device (14) being provided at said intake end (11A) and/or exhaust end (11B).
  4. 4. The heating device according to claim 1, further comprising an electric heating assembly (15), the electric heating assembly (15) being provided in a wall portion of the heating tank (12).
