Description
Steel pipe truss member and floor system Technical Field The invention relates to the field of building structures, in particular to a steel pipe truss member and a floor structure using the same. Background With the development of building industrialization, the steel pipe truss is taken as an important structural member and is widely applied to various building structures, and particularly the application in the building cover structure is increasingly popular. The steel pipe truss structure has the advantages of light dead weight, high strength, high rigidity and the like, and can effectively improve the overall performance of the building structure. At present, a steel pipe truss commonly used in the market mainly comprises an upper chord steel pipe, a lower chord steel pipe and a web member for connecting the upper chord steel pipe and the lower chord steel pipe. The chinese patent document with publication number CN106760218a discloses a steel pipe steel bar truss, which comprises an upper chord steel pipe, a lower chord steel pipe, and a corrugated web member, wherein a plurality of bending parts at the upper end of the web member are connected with the upper chord steel pipe, and a plurality of bending parts at the lower end of the web member are connected with the lower chord steel pipe, and the upper chord steel pipe and the lower chord steel pipe are parallel to each other. The structure is reasonable in design, can be used for manufacturing light beams, columns and prefabricated laminated plates, and has larger rigidity and shearing resistance. In addition, chinese patent publication No. CN113089920B describes a steel pipe truss member prestressed concrete composite slab in which the trough sections of the corrugated steel bars and/or the lower sections of the web members are laterally bent to form a bent V-shaped supporting force transfer member. The design has the characteristics of convenience in industrialization, standardization, mechanized production and the like while ensuring the structural strength. However, some technical problems still exist in the existing steel pipe truss structure. Firstly, the traditional steel pipe truss generally adopts a combined structure of upper and lower chord steel pipes and wavy web members, so that the steel consumption is large, and the material waste is caused. Secondly, the connection mode of the existing steel pipe truss and the prefabricated floor slab of the floor system and the steel bars of the prefabricated floor slab is not reasonable enough, and an effective integral cooperative working mechanism is difficult to form. Particularly, in the concrete composite slab of the bearing steel pipe truss mentioned in the Chinese patent document with the publication number of CN115341703A, although the connection with the bottom plate is enhanced by forming a fin structure by transversely bending the lower arc section of the wavy steel bar, the connection mode still has the problems of complex manufacture, difficult installation and the like, and can not well meet the arrangement requirement of the embedded steel bar. Therefore, it is needed to develop a steel pipe truss structure with more optimized structure, higher material utilization rate and more reasonable connection with the prefabricated floor slab and the steel bars thereof, so as to solve the problems of material waste, insufficient structural stability and the like in the prior art. Disclosure of Invention The invention provides a steel pipe truss member, which aims to solve the problems of material waste caused by large steel consumption and insufficient optimization of the structure of a steel bar truss structure in the existing floor system, and achieve the purposes of saving the steel consumption, improving the welding effect and improving the truss connection stability. The technical scheme includes that the steel pipe truss member comprises a concrete prefabricated bottom plate, an upper chord steel pipe and a web member which is arranged along the length direction of the upper chord steel pipe and is bent continuously and is arranged below the upper chord steel pipe, the web member is a hollow pipe and is in a sine wave shape, the upper surface of a bent part at the top of the web member is welded with the upper chord steel pipe, the bent part at the bottom of the web member is embedded into the concrete prefabricated bottom plate, and the upper surface of the bent part at the bottom of the web member is recessed downwards to form a containing groove which is used for containing embedded steel bars in the concrete prefabricated bottom plate. Preferably, the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the accommodating groove are in interference fit with embedded bars in the concrete prefabricated bottom plate. Preferably, the bottom surface of the upper chord steel pipe is a plane, and the upper surface of the bent part at the top of the web member is welded with the bottom surfa
