CN-224204366-U - Conductive terminal for welding and conductive welding assembly
Abstract
The conductive terminal and the conductive welding assembly for welding comprise a welding end, wherein the welding end comprises a clamping groove provided with an inlet. The clamping groove further comprises a guide section which extends from the inlet into the groove and is used for passing the conductor in a relatively extruded manner and a receiving section which is communicated with the guide section and is used for receiving the conductor to be welded, wherein the communicating part of the receiving section and the guide section is provided with a groove width which is increased so as to form a blocking part which blocks the conductor which is not extruded in the receiving section from backing towards the guide section. The conductive terminal and the conductive welding assembly for welding can enable the conductor to be difficult to deviate from the conductive terminal in the welding process under the condition of avoiding the clamping procedure, and are beneficial to saving the manual clamping cost.

Description
Conductive terminal for welding and conductive welding assembly Technical Field The present disclosure relates to the field of conductive terminals, and in particular, to a conductive terminal for soldering and a conductive soldering assembly. Background In the related art, the welding between the terminal and the conductor, especially the resistance welding between the terminal and the conductive pin of other electronic components, generally includes the following procedures that the bent conductive pin is firstly installed from the inlet of the terminal clamping groove to the inside of the clamping groove, then the conductive pin is welded in the clamping groove by adopting a resistance welding mode, in this process, in order to ensure that the conductive pin can be smoothly installed in the clamping groove, the width of the clamping groove is far greater than the outer diameter of the conductive pin, but in the process that the conductive pin is welded in the clamping groove by adopting the mode, the conductive pin is easy to deviate from the clamping groove, and the defective rate of terminal welding is high. In order to reduce the reject ratio of terminal welding, before the conductive pin is loaded into the draw-in groove and welded, the workman usually carries out the clamp process to the terminal to make the import of draw-in groove seal because of the clamp force, then carry out the welding process again, but the implementation of clamp process can improve the cost of labor when terminal and conductive pin welding, extravagant manpower and materials. Disclosure of Invention In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present disclosure is to provide a conductive terminal and a conductive welding assembly for welding, which can make the conductor difficult to separate from the conductive terminal during welding without a clamping process, thereby being beneficial to saving the manual clamping cost.
