Claims (10)
- 1. A control assembly of a communication module with a plurality of controllers is characterized by comprising a communication module and a plurality of controllers, wherein at least one output interface for being connected with an external electric appliance is arranged on each controller, the communication module and at least one controller are connected in a mutual plugging mode through connectors, when the controllers are sequentially arranged on the same side of the communication module, two adjacent controllers are connected in a mutual plugging mode through connectors, and all the controllers are connected with the communication module in a communication mode through conduction of at least one connector.
- 2. The control assembly of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises a control board body and a first socket and a second socket both electrically connected to the control board body, the first socket being connected to the communication module through the connector or the first socket being connected to a second socket on another adjacent controller through the connector, and a conductive line connecting the first socket and the second socket being provided on the control board body.
- 3. The control assembly of claim 2 wherein the connector includes an insulative housing and two rows of pins projecting from opposite ends of the housing.
- 4. The control assembly of a communication module with a plurality of controllers according to claim 2, wherein the first socket and the second socket are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the controllers along a first direction, and the plugging directions of the first socket and the second socket are all towards the first direction, and the communication module and the controllers are arranged along a straight line of the first direction.
- 5. The control assembly of claim 4, further comprising a mounting rail having a mounting hole therethrough, the mounting rail having a length extending in the first direction, the communication module and the plurality of controllers each being suspended from the mounting rail and being slidable relative to the mounting rail in the first direction.

The control assembly of a communication module with a plurality of controllers according to claim 1, wherein the communication module is provided with a first communication interface for receiving signals from an external device and a second communication interface for communicating with the PLC.
- 7. The control assembly of a communication module with multiple controllers of claim 6, wherein said first communication interface and said second communication interface are ethernet interfaces.
- 8. The control assembly with a plurality of controllers for the communication module according to claim 2, wherein the controllers are provided with a display screen and a plurality of control keys, which are all electrically connected with the control panel main body.

The control assembly of claim 8 wherein said controller includes a housing and a flip, said control board body being disposed within said housing, said output interface, said first receptacle, said second receptacle, said display screen and said plurality of control keys being exposed outwardly relative to said housing, said flip being rotatably connected to an outer wall of said housing and having a first position covering said plurality of control keys and a second position exposing said plurality of control keys relative to said housing.
- 10. A control system comprising a sensor, a PLC and the control assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the sensor and the PLC are respectively in communication connection with the communication module, and the PLC supplies power to the communication module.
