A folding desk is characterized by comprising a storage cabinet (1), a placement cabinet (2) and a desk plate (3), wherein a storage cavity (11) is formed in the storage cabinet (1), arc-shaped movable grooves (12) are formed in two inner sides of the storage cabinet, the placement cabinet (2) is located on one side of the storage cabinet (1), one end of the desk plate (3) is limited in a sliding mode and is rotationally connected to the two arc-shaped movable grooves (12), the other end of the desk plate is rotationally connected to the placement cabinet (2) through a hinge, and accordingly the desk plate (3) is flush with the upper end of the placement cabinet (2) or perpendicular to the upper end of the placement cabinet (2).
2. 2. A folding desk according to claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the storage cabinet (1) is provided with a yielding groove (13) for the storage cabinet (2) to pass through.
3. 3. A folding desk according to claim 2, characterized in that the holding cabinet (2) comprises a cabinet body (21) and a pulling plate (22), the pulling plate (22) being arranged on the side of the cabinet body (21) remote from the receiving cabinet (1).
4. 4. A folding desk according to claim 3, characterized in that the pull plate (22) is provided with a pull tab groove (23) at its upper end.
5. 5. A folding desk according to claim 3, characterized in that the upper end of the pulling plate (22) is lower than the inside of the upper end of the cabinet (1).
6. 6. A folding desk according to claim 3, characterized in that the placement cabinet (2) further comprises a plurality of universal wheels (24), a plurality of said universal wheels (24) being provided at the lower end of the cabinet (21).

A folding desk according to claim 1, characterized in that the desk board (3) comprises a board body (31) and two pulleys (32), and the two pulleys (32) are respectively connected to two sides of one end of the board body (31) in a rotating way and respectively slide and limit on the two arc-shaped movable grooves (12).
8. 8. A folding desk according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a mobile seat (4), said mobile seat (4) being placed in said storage cabinet (1), in said placement cabinet (2) or in said table (3).
