Description
Rotary mop head and rotary mop assembly Technical Field The utility model relates to the technical field of rotary mops, in particular to a rotary mop head. Background In the prior art, when the rotary mop head is used for dewatering in the dewatering basket, the dewatering basket is driven to rotate by pressing down the driving rod body with the threaded strips, for example, the Chinese patent publication No. CN101849807A, the invention name is the hand-press type rotary dewatering mop. In the process of driving rotation, the inner disc of the mop head is firstly subjected to the resistance of the dewatering basket, the rotation motion is turned to the outer disc with the mop, and the mop of the outer disc drives the inner side wall of the dewatering basket to finish the rotation starting of the dewatering basket through friction force, so that the mop head belongs to flexible connection. However, the friction force of the mop is not reliable, for example, the outer diameter of the mop is reduced after the mop is used, so that the mop cannot be well contacted with the spin basket because of falling off, the spin basket is not accelerated due to insufficient friction force in the acceleration process after the spin-up, and the like, and the use effect is poor. In order to solve the above problems, the inventor has made intensive studies and has proposed a structure of a rotary mop head in which an outer plate is hard-coupled to a driving post of a spin basket. Disclosure of utility model Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the utility model provides a rotary mop head so as to solve the technical problem of lost rotation when the mop head drives a dewatering basket in the prior art. As one aspect of the utility model, a rotary mop head is provided, comprising an inner disk, an outer disk and a gear transmission assembly, wherein the gear transmission assembly receives the rotary power of a driving rod, the inner disk and the outer disk are connected with the gear transmission assembly for receiving the rotary power, and a driving piece for hard connecting a dewatering basket is arranged on the outer disk. It should be noted that a hard connection is a rigid connection without relative movement. When the conventional rotary mop head is used for dewatering in the dewatering basket, the dewatering basket needs to be driven by external force because the dewatering basket is required to be changed from a static state to a rotary state, and meanwhile, the dewatering basket also applies a reaction force to the inner disc connected with the dewatering basket, so that the outer disc rotates first when the mop head is started. The outer disc rotates to drive the dewatering basket to rotate through the friction force of the mop, however, the friction force drives the dewatering basket to rotate in a soft connection mode, lost rotation can be caused, and the dewatering basket is difficult to accelerate to a proper rotation speed. After the driving piece for hard connection is arranged on the outer disc, the dewatering basket can be directly driven, and the technical problem that the traditional rotary mop head drives the dewatering basket to lose rotation is solved. When the driving piece is made of soft materials, the driving piece is equivalent to the invention conception of hard connection driving without losing rotation, and falls into the protection scope of the invention as long as the structure of directly driving the dewatering basket to rotate together without losing rotation is satisfied. The rotary mop head is characterized in that the driving piece is fixedly connected to the outer disc, and the driving piece is provided with a hard connection transmission structure for the dewatering basket. The rotary mop head is characterized in that the transmission structure is a polygonal hole or an elliptical hole concavely arranged on the driving piece, or the transmission structure is a protruding block protruding from the driving piece. In the rotary mop head, the driving piece is detachably connected with the dewatering basket. In order to facilitate the plugging and unplugging, the disassembly is required to be convenient. In the rotary mop head, the outer disc is provided with the fixing holes, and the driving piece is fixed to the fixing holes of the outer disc through screws or rivets. The rotary mop head comprises a plurality of driving gears and planetary gears, wherein the planetary gears are distributed on the outer sides of the edges of the driving gears and meshed with the driving gears, and the planetary gears are sleeved on positioning columns on the inner sides of the outer discs in a penetrating mode. In the rotary mop head, the inner side wall of the inner disc is provided with the inner teeth, and the driving gear is in fit engagement connection with the inner teeth of the inner disc through the planetary gear. In the rotary mop head, one end of the driving gear is connected with the driving ro
