Claims (10)
- 1. A dental appliance is characterized by comprising a shell-shaped body and a palate bar, wherein the palate bar is used for being matched with a rear tooth area of a patient and comprises two retention crowns used for being matched with the rear tooth area of the left side and the right side, a plurality of palate connecting rods connected between the two retention crowns, the inner contours of the retention crowns on the left side and the right side are matched with the outer contours of teeth at corresponding positions of the patient, a composite module is formed after the rear tooth area teeth are matched with the retention crowns, the shell-shaped body comprises a first section and a second section, the first section is used for accommodating other teeth except the teeth matched with the composite module, the inner contour shape of the second section is matched with the outer contour shape of the composite module, and the cheek side and/or the tongue side of the retention crowns are provided with retention accessories, and the position of the second section corresponding to the retention accessories is provided with a matching part matched with the retention accessories.
- 2. The dental instrument of claim 1, wherein the retention crown comprises at least one clasp that wraps around a side of a tooth, wherein the clasp wraps around at least one of the posterior 1-4 teeth.
- 3. The dental instrument of claim 2, wherein the retention crown further comprises an bite portion at least partially surrounding the occlusal surface of the tooth, the bite portion having a shape conforming to the shape of the occlusal surface of the wrapped tooth.
- 4. A dental instrument according to claim 3, wherein the bite is provided with a through hole at the corresponding tooth tip through which the tip passes.
- 5. The dental instrument of claim 1, wherein the surface of the retention attachment on the gingival side is curved concave inward in a direction away from the gingiva.

The dental instrument of claim 1, wherein the retention crown is further provided with a functional attachment on the buccal and/or lingual side, and wherein the second segment is provided with a relief structure or a through hole structure at a location corresponding to the functional attachment, wherein the functional attachment is one of a traction device, a bracket, a buccal tube or a cannula.
- 7. The dental instrument of claim 1, wherein when there are a plurality of the palate connecting rods, the plurality of palate connecting rods are arranged in parallel, and/or the distances between two adjacent palate connecting rods are equal.
