Description
Respiratory mask for anesthesia bronchoscope Technical Field The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical appliances, and particularly relates to a breathing mask for an anesthetic bronchoscope. Background The bronchoscopy is operated by a doctor, the slender fiber bronchoscope is placed into the lower respiratory tract of a patient through the nose or the mouth cavity, enters the trachea and the distal end of the bronchus through the glottis, even if the bronchoscopy is performed under anesthesia, severe choking cough can still be caused in the operation process, often the cough is accompanied with secretion, at the moment, the respiratory tract and the mouth cavity are in an open state, germs or viruses of the respiratory tract can be transmitted along with the respiratory tract, and cross infection of medical staff in operation is easy to occur. Although protective masks specially designed for bronchoscopes are available on the market, only openings are formed in the nasal cavity positions, and the protective masks are only suitable for awake patients. However, for intravenous anesthesia patients, the patients are in an anesthetic state when medical staff operate, if oral secretion of the patients is more in the operation process, even if the mask is taken down, the sputum suction tube is difficult to be placed into the oropharynx of the patients for suction, so that the risk of the patients for mistaken suction and choking is easily increased, and the occurrence probability of pneumonia is increased. Moreover, if the nasal cavity is damaged, the nasal cavity is edematous, and other patients who are not suitable for entering the operation from the nasal cavity, the operation can only be performed by the mouth piece pad of the patient when the nasal cavity is only accessed from the oral cavity, but at the moment, the nasal catheter is only used for oxygen supply, and secretion (namely, viruses or germs of respiratory tract) generated during the choking process can not be effectively prevented from being transmitted, so that the risk of cross infection of medical staff is increased. Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new and novel oxygen delivery mask that addresses the above-described problems. Disclosure of utility model In view of the defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide the breathing mask for the anesthesia bronchoscope, oxygen supply to a patient is realized through a mask body in a mask mode, and the mask body is respectively provided with a first convex ring and a first mounting hole at the corresponding positions of a mouth and a nose, so that a more suitable mode can be selected to operate the patient according to different conditions of the patient. In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme includes that the breathing mask for the anesthesia bronchoscope comprises a mask body and a mouth pad, wherein a first mounting hole is formed in the position, corresponding to a mouth, of the mask body, a convex shell is arranged on the surface of the mask body, the convex shell corresponds to a nose, a first convex ring is arranged on the lower surface of the convex shell and is used for enabling the bronchoscope to extend in, a first air inlet ring is arranged on the upper surface of the convex shell, the first convex ring and the first air inlet ring are communicated with the inner side of the mask body, the mouth pad is matched with the first mounting hole, and the mouth pad extends into the mask body from the first mounting hole. Further, the breathing mask further comprises a first sealing socket which is inserted into the first convex ring and is in sealing connection; The end face of the first sealing socket is provided with a yielding groove, the bottom of the yielding groove is provided with a bronchoscope inlet, Further, a limiting ring table is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first sealing socket, and the limiting ring table abuts against the lower surface of the first convex ring. Further, a first sealing annular groove is formed on the peripheral surface of the first sealing socket, and a sealing ring is arranged in the first sealing annular groove. Further, the respirator also comprises a guide device, the surface of the convex shell is provided with a through hole, the guide device comprises a guide metal wire, one end of the guide metal wire, which penetrates through the through hole and is positioned in the mask body, is provided with a guide ring, and the guide ring is sleeved on the periphery of the bronchoscope. Further, the guide metal wire is in sealing connection with the through hole. Further, the mouth pad is a columnar pipe, a limiting convex ring is formed on the periphery of the outer end of the mouth pad, and the limiting convex ring is blocked with the end face of the mask body. Further, the mouth pad is in sealing connection with the first mounting hole. Furt
