- 1. The skate of claim 3 wherein the at least one pivoting member further comprises an actuating rod and a locking block coupled to the actuating rod, the actuating rod extending through the first non-circular structure and the second non-circular structure, the locking block comprising the non-circular rod section.
- 5. The skate of claim 4 wherein the first non-circular structure further comprises a non-circular end groove, the clip further comprising a non-circular flange extending radially from the non-circular bar section, the non-circular flange non-rotatably clipping into the non-circular end groove when the non-circular clip structure is in the locked position.
- 6. The skate of claim 5 wherein the actuating lever comprises an outer flange and a shoulder, the clip being disposed over the actuating lever and captured between the outer flange and the shoulder.
- 7. The skate of any of claims 1-6 wherein an elastic member is further disposed between the pivoting member and the body, the elastic member being adapted to exert a force on the pivoting member to automatically return the non-circular detent structure to the locked position.
- 8. The skate of any of claims 1-6 wherein the first connecting portions each comprise the first non-circular structure, the second connecting portions each comprise the second non-circular structure, and the pivot members of the two pivot mechanisms each comprise the non-circular detent structure.
- 9. The skate of any of claims 1-6 wherein each of the two first connecting portions further comprises a raised rib, each of the two second connecting portions further comprises a groove, and the raised rib is disposed in the groove.
- 10. The skate of any of claims 1-6 further comprising a base, a wear portion movably coupled to the base and including a tooth portion, and a screw rotatably inserted into the base and engaged with the tooth portion, wherein rotation of the screw drives the wear portion to move.
