A filter bag filtering device of a bag filter is characterized by comprising a supporting basket (1) and filter bags (2) sleeved in the supporting basket (1), wherein a plurality of elastic connecting pull belts (3) are arranged on the outer surface of each filter bag (2), a plurality of positioning hooks (4) corresponding to the elastic connecting pull belts (3) one by one are arranged on the outer wall of the supporting basket (1), an extending opening (5) is arranged below each positioning hook (4), the elastic connecting pull belts (3) can penetrate out from the extending opening (5) and are wound on the positioning hooks (4) to be fixed, and each filter bag (2) comprises a hydrophobic nanofiber membrane layer (2 a), an electrostatic adsorption non-woven fabric layer (2 b) and a biodegradable hydrophilic membrane layer (2 c) which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside.
