An on-line cleaning stop valve comprises a valve body (1), a valve rod (15) which is screwed on the valve body (1) through a valve cover (14), a valve disc (6) which is arranged at the lower end of the valve rod (15) and a valve seat (2) which is arranged on the valve body (1) and matched with the sealing surface at the lower end of the valve disc (6), and is characterized in that a cleaning guide rod (12) is arranged in the valve rod (15) in a sealing way, the cleaning guide rod (12) can axially shift and rotate in the valve rod (15), the cleaning guide rod (12) is connected with the valve disc (6) after being downwardly shifted, a cleaning medium hole (13) is axially arranged in the cleaning guide rod (12), the upper end of the cleaning medium hole (13) can be communicated with a medium joint (18), the lower end of the cleaning medium hole (13) can be communicated with a cleaning medium outlet (3) on the valve disc (6) after the cleaning guide rod (12) is downwardly shifted, and the cleaning medium outlet (3) faces the sealing surface of the valve seat (2).
