A head-up display dust cover is characterized by comprising a light-transmitting cover body and a dust-proof plate adhered to the light-transmitting cover body, wherein the dust-proof plate comprises a polarizing film, a first supporting film and a second supporting film are respectively adhered to the upper side and the lower side of the polarizing film, a functional coating is arranged on the upper surface of the first supporting film, the second supporting film is adhered to the light-transmitting cover body, and the phase delay value of the first supporting film and the second supporting film is 0-100 nm or more than or equal to 2000nm.
