- 1. A spot welding jig structure comprises a base body (2) for placing a terminal (1) and is characterized in that a plurality of positioning columns (3) capable of being in contact with the periphery of the terminal (1) and positioning the terminal (1) are formed on the surface of the base body (2), a base opening (31) is formed on the surface of the positioning columns (3) in a penetrating mode, and an opening on one side, far away from the positioning columns (3), of the base opening (31) is used for enabling a coil to move in a directional mode so that a coil pin can be in contact with a limiting arm (32) of the terminal (1).
- 2. The spot welding jig structure according to claim 1, wherein the base body (2) is provided with two end holes (33) through which the cover plate is inserted in a corresponding protruding manner to pull the base body (2).

The spot welding jig structure according to claim 2, wherein the end hole (33) is detachably connected with an anti-wear ring (34) at an opening of the end hole (33) for inserting the cover plate in a corresponding protruding manner, and the inner diameter of the anti-wear ring (34) is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the end hole (33).
- 4. The spot welding jig structure according to claim 3, wherein an annular channel (35) into which the wear-proof ring (34) is tightly placed is formed at an opening of one end of the end hole (33) where the wear-proof ring (34) is provided.
- 5. A spot welding jig structure as defined in claim 3, wherein said wear ring (34) is made of a material including copper.
- 6. The spot welding jig structure according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the positioning column (3) facing the terminal (1) is arc-shaped.

The spot welding jig structure according to claim 6, wherein the positioning column (3) is formed with an inclined guide surface (36) at the periphery of one end far away from the base body (2), and the sectional area of one end far away from the base body (2) of the positioning column (3) is the smallest.
