- 1. The plastic screw processing device is characterized by comprising an injection molding table top (1), an injection molding machine (2) arranged on the injection molding table top (1), an upper template (31) arranged at the injection head position of the injection molding machine (2), a lower die holder (4) arranged on the injection molding table top (1) and positioned below the upper template (31) and a lower template (5) arranged on the lower die holder (4) and used for inserting a screw to be injected, wherein the injection molding table top (1) is provided with a lifting mechanism (6) used for lifting the injection molding machine (2), the lower die holder (4) is provided with an installation chute (41) for installing the lower template (5), and the lower die holder (4) is provided with a height groove (42) which is communicated with the installation chute (41) and is used for extending the screw.

The plastic screw processing device according to claim 1, wherein the lower die plate (5) is vertically provided with a plurality of positioning through grooves (53) which are distributed and are used for inserting screws, one side of the lower die plate (5) close to the injection molding machine (2) is provided with a plurality of lower plate injection molding grooves (54) used for forming a cavity, and the lower plate injection molding grooves (54) are arranged at the top positions of the positioning through grooves (53) in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are coaxially arranged in the positioning through grooves (53).

The plastic screw processing device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism (6) comprises a fixed bottom plate (61) fixedly connected to the injection molding table top (1), a lifting base (62) for installing the injection molding machine (2) and a lifting assembly (63) arranged between the fixed bottom plate (61) and the lifting base (62), the lifting base (62) is provided with a matching through hole (621) for the injection head of the injection molding machine (2) to penetrate through, and the upper template (31) is positioned below the lifting base (62) and is used for being matched with the lower template (5).
