  1. 1. The extrusion production line for the PPS special film comprises a vacuum suction machine, a flat double extruder, an extrusion die, a horizontal three-roller calender, a cooling roller set, a traction machine and a winding machine which are sequentially arranged from upstream to downstream, and is characterized in that the flat double extruder comprises a machine barrel and a pair of extrusion screws which are symmetrically arranged, the extrusion screws are installed in the machine barrel in the same direction in a rotating manner, and each extrusion screw comprises a mandrel extending along the front-rear direction, a plurality of thread blocks and a plurality of shearing blocks, wherein the thread blocks are coaxially sleeved on the mandrel and synchronously rotate with the mandrel; the extrusion screw comprises a first conveying section, a first shearing section, a second conveying section, a second shearing section and a metering section from front to back, wherein the first conveying section, the second conveying section and the metering section are respectively composed of a plurality of thread blocks and at least part of mandrels which are sequentially connected from front to back, the first shearing section and the second shearing section are respectively composed of a plurality of thread blocks, a plurality of shearing blocks and at least part of mandrels, the thread blocks which are sequentially connected from front to back form a thread part in the circumferential direction of the mandrels, the shearing blocks which are sequentially connected from front to back form a shearing part in the circumferential direction of the mandrels, the thread pitch of the thread part of the middle part of the first conveying section is larger than the thread pitch of the thread parts of the front end part and the rear end part, the thread pitch of the thread parts of the second conveying section and the metering section is gradually reduced from front to back, in the first shearing section and the second shearing section, the thread parts and the thread parts alternately distributed from front to back in the thread parts of the first shearing section and the second shearing section are alternately distributed with the thread parts which are alternately distributed from front to back, the total length of the shearing part of the second shearing section is larger than that of the first shearing section.

The extrusion line of claim 1, wherein each of said shear blocks comprises a plurality of shear segments arranged in series from front to back, each of said shear segments having at least two radially outwardly projecting tabs, the tabs on each of said shear blocks being arranged in a helical direction from front to back.
  3. 3. The extrusion line of claim 2, wherein the plurality of shear blocks comprises a first shear block and a second shear block, the thickness of the shear slice of the first shear block being greater than the thickness of the shear slice of the second shear block.

The extrusion line of claim 3, wherein the first shear section and the second shear section each comprise a plurality of the first shear blocks and a plurality of the second shear blocks, the number of the second shear blocks in the second shear section being greater than the number of the second shear blocks in the first shear section, the number of the first shear blocks in the second shear section being greater than the number of the first shear blocks in the first shear section.

The extrusion line of claim 1, wherein the plurality of thread blocks comprises a first thread block, a second thread block, a third thread block, and a fourth thread block, the first thread block having a pitch greater than the second thread block, the second thread block having a pitch greater than the third thread block, the fourth thread block having a thread direction opposite to the thread directions of the first thread block, the second thread block, and the third thread block.

The extrusion line of claim 5, wherein the first conveying section comprises a third screw block, a plurality of first screw blocks and a second screw block arranged in sequence from front to back, the second conveying section comprises a plurality of first screw blocks and a second screw block arranged in sequence from front to back, and the metering section comprises a plurality of first screw blocks, a plurality of second screw blocks and a plurality of third screw blocks arranged in sequence from front to back.
  7. 7. The extrusion line of claim 5, wherein the first shear section comprises a plurality of the first flighted segments, a plurality of the second flighted segments, and a fourth flighted segment, the fourth flighted segment being positioned at a trailing end of the first shear section.
  8. 8. The extrusion line of claim 5, wherein the second shear section comprises a plurality of the second flighted segments and a fourth flighted segment, the fourth flighted segment being positioned at a trailing end of the second shear section.
  9. 9. The extrusion line of claim 1, wherein each of said screw blocks and each of said shear blocks are keyed to said mandrel.
  10. 10. The extrusion line of claim 1, wherein the horizontal three-roll calender comprises a first roll, a second roll and a third roll, which are sequentially arranged from front to back, the first roll is a rubber roll, and the second roll and the third roll are steel rolls.
