Description
Die-cutting rule assembly, die-cutting slotting mechanism comprising die-cutting rule assembly and box making machine Technical Field The application belongs to the field of carton forming equipment, and particularly relates to a die cutter assembly, a die cutting slotting mechanism comprising the die cutter assembly and a carton forming machine comprising the die cutting slotting mechanism. Background The background description provided herein is for the purpose of generally presenting the context of the disclosure. Work of the presently named inventors, to the extent it is described in this background section, as well as aspects of the description that may not otherwise qualify as prior art at the time of filing, are neither expressly nor impliedly admitted as prior art against the present disclosure. The corrugated paper packaging industry mainly comprises two types of corrugated paper processing equipment, one type is a carton forming machine, the carton forming machine is provided with a transverse slotting mechanism, the transverse slotting mechanism can transversely slotting corrugated paper boards through up-and-down reciprocating motion of slotting cutters, namely the length direction of the machined slots is perpendicular to the advancing direction of the paper boards, but the carton forming machine needs the paper boards to stop moving when slotting the paper boards, so that a pause occurs in the advancing process of the paper boards, and the processing efficiency is affected. Moreover, the carton forming machine is limited by the width of the equipment and cannot process cartons having intermediate heights beyond the width of the equipment. The other type is a rotary grooving machine, the equipment can process grooves in the direction parallel to the advancing direction of the corrugated board through a die cutting grooving mechanism, so that the corrugated board can be grooved rapidly, the paperboard does not need to be stopped in the advancing process, the grooving efficiency is high, a longer middle-high carton can be processed, but the equipment is influenced by the size of a die cutting cutter assembly, two grooves with smaller distance cannot be processed, the small-size carton cannot be processed, and the box shape which can be processed by the equipment is limited. In the rotary grooving machine in the prior art, the die cutter component lacks an effective supporting mechanism, so that when the die cutter component performs grooving, the cutter head is easy to shake, and the grooving quality is affected. Accordingly, there is a need for a new die cutter assembly and new carton processing apparatus that address at least one of the above-identified problems. Disclosure of utility model This section presents in simplified form the option of inventive concepts, which will be further apparent from the detailed description below. This section is not intended to identify key features or essential features of the claimed subject matter, nor is it intended to be used as an aid in determining the scope of the claimed subject matter. Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the application provides a die cutter assembly which comprises a die cutter and a cutter head supporting frame, wherein the die cutter comprises a cutter head and a cutter blade, the cutter head is annular, the cutter blade is arranged on the side surface of the cutter head, and the cutter head supporting frame is provided with a limiting device capable of limiting the cutter head.
