A clamping and overturning device is characterized by comprising a driving rotating shaft (10) and four groups of paper clamping mechanisms which are fixedly arranged on the peripheral surface of the driving rotating shaft (10) in a surrounding mode, wherein each group of paper clamping mechanisms comprises a fixed support (11) fixedly arranged on the driving rotating shaft (10), at least one pair of first clamping arms (12) and second clamping arms (13) which are movably connected to the fixed support (11) and can oppositely open and close, the first clamping arms (12) are formed with guide baffle strips (14) which extend towards the opening and closing direction, the second clamping arms (13) are provided with guide holes (15) through which the guide baffle strips (14) movably pass, the clamping openings of the first clamping arms (12), the second clamping arms (13) and the guide baffle strips (14) in the same group are formed into a clamping opening for feeding and discharging paper stacks in a surrounding mode, and the clamping openings of the four groups of paper clamping mechanisms face four different directions respectively.

A clamping and turning device according to claim 1, wherein each group of paper clamping mechanisms further comprises at least one first clamping driving unit (122) for driving the first clamping arm (12) to act and at least one second clamping driving unit (132) for driving the second clamping arm (13) to act, and the first clamping arm (12) and the second clamping arm (13) are driven to open and close in opposite directions through the first clamping driving unit (122) and the second clamping driving unit (132).

A clamping and turning device according to claim 2, wherein each set of the paper clamping mechanisms further comprises a first supporting beam (121) and a second supporting beam (131), wherein the first supporting beam (121) and the second supporting beam (131) are respectively connected with the tail ends of the first clamping arm (12) and the second clamping arm (13) of the same set.
