An online adjustment folding system is characterized by comprising a breakpoint assembly, a crease assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the breakpoint assembly is arranged on a frame and comprises a breakpoint roller (1) and a breakpoint auxiliary roller (2), the breakpoint roller (1) and the breakpoint auxiliary roller (2) are arranged in parallel and are used for realizing breakpoint processing of tissues, the crease assembly comprises a first crease roller (3) and a second crease roller (4), the first crease roller (3) and the second crease roller (4) are arranged in parallel and are used for realizing crease processing of the tissues, the driving assembly is used for driving the breakpoint roller (1), the breakpoint auxiliary roller (2), the first crease roller (3) and the second crease roller (4) to rotate, the driving assembly comprises an auxiliary gear (13), a first internal gear (14), a first external gear (15) and a second gear (16), the auxiliary gear (13) is fixedly arranged on the breakpoint auxiliary roller (2), the first internal gear (14) is coaxially and rotatably arranged on the first crease roller (3) and is meshed with the auxiliary gear (13), the first external gear (15) is fixedly arranged on the first external gear (14) or is not fixedly arranged on the first external gear (15), the second gear (16) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the second creasing roller (4) and meshed with the first external gear (15).

The online folding adjustment system according to claim 1, wherein the first folding roller (3) is fixedly provided with a fixing sleeve (22) through key connection, and the first external gear (15) is fixedly connected with the fixing sleeve (22) through a fastening screw (23) penetrating through the fixing sleeve (22) and matched with the first external gear in a threaded manner.

The online adjustment folding system according to claim 2, wherein the fixing piece comprises a fixing screw (20), a fixing sliding groove (21) extending circumferentially around the axis of the fixing sliding groove (21) is formed in one side, facing the first inner gear (14), of the first outer gear (15), and the fixing screw (20) penetrates through the fixing sliding groove (21) and is in threaded fit with the first inner gear (14).

An on-line adjustable folding system according to claim 1, wherein the drive assembly further comprises a drive motor (9), a drive gear (10), a connecting gear (11) and a breakpoint gear (12), the drive motor (9) is used for driving the drive gear (10) to rotate, the drive gear (10) is meshed with the auxiliary gear (13), the breakpoint gear (12) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the breakpoint roller (1), and the connecting gear (11) is located between the auxiliary gear (13) and the breakpoint gear (12) and meshed with the auxiliary gear (13) and the breakpoint gear (12).
- 5. An in-line adjustable folding system as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the diameter of the first internal gear (14) is to be larger than the diameter of the first external gear (15).

The online folding adjustment system according to claim 4, wherein crease ribs (7) are arranged on the outer peripheral surfaces of the first crease roller (3) and the second crease roller (4), crease grooves (8) are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the first crease roller (3) and the second crease roller (4), and the crease ribs (7) of the first crease roller (3) and the second crease roller (4) are matched with the crease grooves (8).

An in-line adjustable folding system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive assembly further comprises an adjustment gear (24) and an adjustment motor (25), the adjustment gear (24) being in mesh with the second gear (16), the adjustment motor (25) being adapted to drive the adjustment gear (24) in rotation.

The on-line adjustable folding system as set forth in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly further comprises a first adjusting telescopic cylinder (26), a second adjusting telescopic cylinder (27), an adjusting rack (28) and an adjusting sliding sleeve (29), the first adjusting telescopic cylinder (26) is used for driving the adjusting sliding sleeve (29) to move towards or away from the first external gear (15), the adjusting rack (28) is slidingly matched with the adjusting sliding sleeve (29), when the adjusting sliding sleeve (29) moves to a position close to the first external gear (15), the adjusting rack (28) is meshed with the first external gear (15), and the second adjusting telescopic cylinder (27) is mounted on the adjusting sliding sleeve (29) and is used for driving the adjusting rack (28) to move along a tangential direction of the first external gear (15).

However, due to different materials and application scenes of the paper towel, different intervals are required to be set between the breakpoint knife mark and the crease so as to meet the requirements of different use conditions, and the production adjustment of the different intervals of the breakpoint knife mark and the crease of the paper towel is difficult to be realized quickly according to different production requirements by the technical scheme.
