CN-224212231-U - Upper frame structure of elevator top
Abstract
An upper frame structure of an elevator roof comprises a car, an upper frame assembly, two guide shoes and four reinforcing plates. A skylight is arranged at the top of the car. The upper frame assembly comprises two first C-shaped plates which are arranged in parallel and two second C-shaped plates which are arranged in parallel. The two first C-shaped plates and the two second C-shaped plates respectively correspond to four edge positions at the top of the car, and the four C-shaped plates are connected end to end so as to form a hollow part at the center of the C-shaped plates, and the hollow part corresponds to the skylight. The upper frame structure at the top of the elevator is fixed by inserting the connecting part on the second C-shaped plate at the end part of the first C-shaped plate and welding, so that the flatness of the upper frame assembly is improved. The hollow part can avoid the open space of the skylight to the greatest extent, so that the setting range of the skylight is enlarged, and the smooth access of the maintainer is facilitated.

Description
Upper frame structure of elevator top Technical Field The utility model relates to the technical field of elevator equipment, in particular to an upper frame structure of an elevator top. Background The elevator is power driven, and is mechanical equipment for lifting or parallel conveying of people and cargoes by utilizing a box body running through a rigid guide rail or steps running along a fixed line, and comprises a person (cargo) elevator, an escalator and a moving sidewalk, which are conventionally used as a general term of vertical transportation means in a building regardless of driving modes. In which a vertically moving elevator needs to perform a lifting or lowering process, and in the case of repairing a vertical elevator, a serviceman often needs to climb to the top of the elevator to repair the elevator. The Chinese patent CN202121308124.8 discloses a spliced car frame and a villa elevator, which comprise a frame body and a coaming, wherein the frame body comprises an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, a first upright post and a front frame, and the coaming comprises a car top, a car bottom and side enclosing walls. The frame body adopts sheet metal sections, and all the sheet metal sections are assembled and connected through screw locks, so that the rapid assembly construction of the car frame is facilitated, and the defect of a welding mode in the prior art is overcome. But this frame is also violently indulged and is provided with four stiffening beams, so reduces the space of car bottom, has reduced the setting range of safety skylight, is inconvenient for maintenance personal's access. Disclosure of utility model In view of the above, the present utility model provides an upper frame structure of an elevator roof to solve the above problems. An upper frame structure at the top of an elevator comprises a car, an upper frame assembly arranged at the top of the car, two guide shoes respectively arranged at two sides of the upper frame assembly, and four reinforcing plates respectively arranged at one sides of the two guide shoes. A skylight is arranged at the top of the car. The upper frame assembly comprises two first C-shaped plates which are arranged in parallel and two second C-shaped plates which are arranged in parallel. The two first C-shaped plates and the two second C-shaped plates correspond to four edge positions of the top of the car respectively, the two first C-shaped plates and the two second C-shaped plates are connected with each other alternately in a head-tail mode, so that a hollow part is formed in the center of the first C-shaped plates and the second C-shaped plates, and the hollow part corresponds to the skylight. The bottom plates of the centers of the two end parts of the second C-shaped plate are protruded out of the two side walls to form a connecting part, and the protruded length of the connecting part is matched with the depth of the two side walls of the first C-shaped plate. The connecting portion is inserted into the end portion of the first C-shaped plate, and the end portion of the side wall of the second C-shaped plate is attached to the first C-shaped plate. Further, one end of the skylight is rotatably connected with the car, and the other end of the skylight is provided with a device capable of being locked with the car. Further, the first C-shaped plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the car through screws. Further, two guide shoes are respectively arranged on one side opposite to the two first C-shaped plates through screws. Further, a vertical track is arranged on one side of the guide shoe, which is far away from the first C-shaped plate, and the vertical track protrudes out of the side wall of the lift car and is erected on a guide rail in the lift well. Further, four reinforcing plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper frame assembly in a pairwise manner, one end of each reinforcing plate is fixed on one side of the first C-shaped plate through a screw, and the other end of each reinforcing plate is fixed on the bottom of the car through a screw. Compared with the prior art, the upper frame structure of the elevator top provided by the utility model has the advantages that the connecting part on the second C-shaped plate is inserted into the end part of the first C-shaped plate and is fixed in a welding mode, so that the flatness of the upper frame assembly is improved.
