Description

Wind-proof anchoring structure of crane Technical Field The utility model belongs to the field of port and wharf equipment, and particularly relates to a windproof anchoring structure of a crane. Background The crane is widely used as core equipment in ports, wharfs and large industrial scenes for loading, unloading, carrying and stacking heavy objects, and the performance and the safety of the crane directly influence the logistics efficiency and the stability of field operation. In everyday operation, cranes typically rely on rails to move along a quay or field to complete a job. However, when the crane is in a stopped state, particularly in severe weather conditions such as strong winds, storms or typhoons, the crane is liable to slip, shift or even topple due to the action of horizontal wind. Due to the fact that the crane is huge in size, light in dead weight and high in structure, once being subjected to strong wind thrust, the risk of slipping or overturning is extremely high, equipment damage, cargo loss or even life safety of personnel are extremely easy to cause. Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the crane in the stopped state, the provision of the efficient and reliable wind-proof anchoring device becomes an important technical link in the design and application of the crane. Conventional wind-proof anchor solutions usually employ a method of presetting anchor seats near the dock track, which are fixed on the ground by pre-buried concrete foundations or steel structures, and through which anchor pins are inserted into holes of the anchor seats to achieve limit when the crane is stopped. The mode can resist the thrust action of wind power on the crane to a certain extent, thereby avoiding the occurrence of slipping accidents. However, this design suffers from several significant drawbacks, firstly, the installation of the anchor requires planning the design in advance during dock construction, and pre-burying or reinforcing in combination with overall engineering. This not only increases the complexity and cost of engineering construction, but also places higher demands on design and construction accuracy. Second, in an old dock or existing facility that has been built, if an additional anchor is required, the existing infrastructure must be modified on a large scale, which may involve high cost projects such as track adjustment, foundation reconstruction, etc., and have a significant impact on construction progress and operation. Thirdly, due to the fixed characteristic of the anchor seat, the crane must be parked at a preset fixed position, and it is difficult to flexibly adjust the parking position or cope with different working condition demands, resulting in limitation in use. Disclosure of utility model The utility model provides a wind-proof anchoring structure of a crane, which aims to solve the problems that the traditional wind-proof anchoring scheme is complex in construction, high in cost and insufficient in flexibility, and the use requirement of a modern crane under various working conditions is difficult to meet. The utility model is realized by the following technical scheme: A windproof anchoring structure of a crane comprises an anchoring frame, an anchoring insertion plate, an anchoring plate and a track, wherein the upper portion of the anchoring frame is connected with the crane, the track is used as a basic installation surface for installing the anchoring plate, an anchoring hole is formed in the anchoring plate, and the anchoring insertion plate is installed at the lower portion of the anchoring frame and moves up and down relative to the anchoring frame to be inserted into the anchoring hole so as to limit the horizontal movement of the crane. A further development of the utility model provides that the anchoring frame is welded to the crane. A further development of the utility model provides that the anchor sheets are provided with a plurality of groups, each group being provided with two anchor sheets. According to the utility model, a plurality of bolt holes are further formed in the anchor plate, the plurality of screw holes are formed in the same horizontal line, and anchor bolts for fixing the anchor plate on a track are arranged in the bolt holes. The utility model further improves, and also comprises a limit switch which is arranged on the anchoring frame and used for detecting states of the anchoring inserting plate and the anchoring plate. The utility model further improves the utility model and also comprises a hook which is arranged on the anchoring frame, and the anchoring plugboard moves upwards to be fixed on the anchoring frame through the hook. According to the technical scheme, the anti-wind device has the beneficial effects that the structure realizes high-efficiency wind prevention limit under the stop state of the crane by arranging the anchoring plugboard capable of moving up and down in the anchoring frame and matching with the anchorin
